The romantic house is located in a quiet urbanization about 1 km from the beach and 1.5 km from shopping facilities. The rooms are spacious: 3 bedrooms and a large living room, 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite, max. 5 beds, crib for free. There is a modern kitchen with an oven and microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic range. Living area about 45 m2 with heating fireplace. Air conditioner in living area and 2 in bedrooms. There is also a beautiful garden with some old olive trees, shaded areas under huge fig trees and a large swimming pool with comfortable steps. Covered porch and romantic pergola covered by ivy with a stunning ocean view.

Altea is located 120 km south of Valencia and 60 km north of Alicante. Its historic old city is and was home to many famous artists. The picturesque alleys house many studios and boutiques. The famous church with its blue roof and the church square is a meeting point for artists with market stands and a lot of restaurants. The ocean is very clean due to the pebble beach. Sand beaches can be reached in 10 minutes in the neighboring cities of Calpe and Benidorm. In Benidorm you will also find a large entertainment center with theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, the water park Aqualandia and the zoo Mundomar. In the mainland, a lot of interesting small villages will attract you with original and fantastic hiking paths. Costa Blanca is also something special in this area. Altea is surrounded by mountains reaching up to 1600 m. Fertile land reaches into the mainland where lemon and nispero plantations still prevail. On the coast, pebble beaches change over into sand beaches.

  • Crib can be made available free of charge. Since this is the first rental of the house, we ask that you please forgive us for not yet having photos of the rooms and the planned rattan furniture. They will immediately be placed in the internet after the house is moved in to on 1.6.2008. The large living room can be heated with a fireplace with a 7 Kw/h-heater - very clean and efficient. Furthermore, there is also a heating/cooling air conditioner that provides for a comfortable climate. Firewood is included in the rental price for rentals from April 1st - October 31st. We can make special arrangements for winter-long rentals.

Wir waren schon sieben Mal in der Umgebung von Altea und hatten immer wieder ein anderes Haus gemietet. Ein ganz klarer Favorit ist dieses Haus " Mas Luz" , in dem auch wir Gast waren und zwar zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das ganze Ambiente, die schöne Gartenanlage, die ruhige Lage, das sehr gepflegte Haus, der schöne grosse Pool, der persönliche Kontakt mit den warmherzigen Vermietern, und und und! Kurz gesagt, für erholsame Ferien können wir dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen! Wir selbst werden gerne wiederkommen.

Super Haus und sehr netter Vermieter.

Auch wir waren schon des Öfteren in dieser Umgebung.

„Mas Lux“ zählt für uns zu den Favoriten.

Ein großzügiges Ambiente.
Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, die schattigen Sitzplätze und die tolle Außendusche mit warmen Wasser!!

Das Haus lädt zum Wiederkommen ein und ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Einfach toll!!!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Mas Luz verbracht. Die ganze Familie (inkl. unserem Hund Frederik) hat sich super wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haus und Grundstück ließen keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem Top-Zustand. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen :-))))
Owner's Response: Toll, dass alles zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit war. Wir bedanken uns sehr für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Das hilft sicher späteren Gästen, weil sich ja doch teilweise dubiose Gestalten in's Vermietungsgeschäft eingeschlichen haben sollen.

Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet:
Fernseher, gute Küche, Waschmaschine, Aussengrill, genügend Liegestühle, super Pool etc.etc.
Erwähnenswert die tollen, schattigen Sitzplätze (Romantisch mit zum teil Meersicht.)
Klimaanlagen sehr ruhig.
Umgebung sehr ruhig.
Das Haus Maz Luz kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Traumhaus- sehr nette Vermieter

Wir waren über Ostern mit unseren 4 Teenies da und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und hat einen wunderschönen Grten und Pool. Es liegt sehr schön gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer.
Alles ist sehr sauber und das Haus bestens mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstet. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!!
Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt.
Ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub und 100% empfehlenswert!!!
