The view is spectacular, reaching from Buonconvento and Monteroni d´Arbia, including the beautiful view to Siena - 23 km away - and Montalcino. Crete Senese is the house of your dreams, completely remote, spacious garden with pool (50`x 25`) and a panoramic view – ideal if you look for silence and recreation in absolute private atmosphere. During the recent renovations great care was taken to preserve the antique substance. The result is a tasteful combination of the antique elements with the modern comfort of private bathrooms for each bedroom, or a costly equipped kitchen.

It is an ideal place for those who like walking or riding bicycle. There are many neighbouring places of interest, historical or cultural: Buonconvento ( 6 km ), Siena ( 23 km ), S. Quirico d'Orcia and Pienza ( 30 km ) and all the Val d'Orcia ( declared by UNESCO as property of mankind ), San Gimignano ( 60 km ), and the abbeys of Monte Oliveto Maggiore and Sant Antimo, Even Florence ( 80 km ), Arezzo ( 70 km ), and Perugia (100 km) are easily reached in one day. Montalcino, with its Brunello, it's only 15 km away. Montepulciano, with its Vino Nobile, area of Chianti Classico: 40 km, Terme di Rapolano (25 km), Bagno di Vignoni: 30 km.

Notes: The Villa is equipped as follows: ground floor has a very spacious eat-in-kitchen with a large, open fire place. All comfort kitchen (5 place gas stove, oven, long working space with integrated barbecue and chip pan, dish washer and a large 2 door American refrigerator with ice spender. Also on ground floor are a reading / TV room, a bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 double sleeping rooms with private bathrooms. From the eat-in-kitchen are stairs leading to the upper floor: 1 eat-in-kitchen with complete equipped kitchen (4 place stove, oven, refrigerator) and 4 double sleeping rooms with private bathrooms. The whole villa and the spacious exterior area is exclusively for your own use. A beautiful, large garden with a 50 x 25’ pool and a spectacular view surrounds the house.
