Quietly located in green, this apartment offers all comforts of the world. Welcome to Pinares de San Antón, the former pilgrim mountain of Málaga and now Malagas most exclusive residential area. The 40 m2 appartment is located in the middle level of a Villa, it has one big lounge/kitchen/Bedroom area as well as modern Bathroom with a big shower. The house is new build, finished in Oktober 07. From the apartment you can see the sea and the pine trees (on 220 m). On our spectacular sun terrace (80m2) you will have enough space to enjoy the stunning summer nights. You are in the capitol of Costa del Sol. From the apartment you can drive down to the sea with the 'Collectivo' (a small city bus) for free or with a rental car (2 minutes). On the trendy beach of Pedregalejo, you will find countless fishing restaurants, golden sand bays for swimming and starting May, an unbeatable night life with everything that comes along with it.

The apartment is located on the mountain belonging to Málaga - Monte San Anton - and is about 220 m above sea level with stunning surroundings, a pine forest. From here you can get to everything quickly and practically by foot, bus or car to the beach, shopping or old city and culture. San Anton is of course very well suited for a beautiful hike to the summit (400 m) where you will have a stunning view of the Bay of Málaga. We recommend the market in El Palo, there you will find fresh fish and vegetables/fruit. Also nearby is the trendy beach of Pedregalejo where you can go swimming, play sports or simply drink at a cafe. Every night during the summer you will find a lively night life until the early morning hours. A lot of interested young people learn Spanish here (language schools). The historical old city of Málaga, the harbor and cultural highlights like the Picasso museum and the Thyssen Museum (starting 2010) are all very beautiful.

Notes: Architect villa in a very green region (pines), steep cliff location. House has an elevator (handicap accessible). The apartment is independent in the middle floor, completely equipped kitchenette (2 fields), bathroom (shower) and a large apartment room with a sleeping area and living/dining area (about 29 m2). The apartment is air conditioned warm/cold. The large patio is especially interesting and has a sea view (70m2) and invites you to relax. There is satellite television in German and Spanish (with all usual programs), a double bed sofa/ table, dining area with 4 chairs and a patio with chairs and a table, along with 2 deck chairs. Cots can be set up upon request. Additional bed can also be set up. In front of the house you will find a large parking space in case you arrived with a rental car. Málaga Fair: Málaga is an exhibition center, the exhibition area can be easily reached with a car (highway, about 8 km).

Culture: Málaga has numerous museums (Picasso Museum) or the contemporary art museum (CAC) and a lively theater and concert ambiance. Also very interesting are the old city, the Arabian castle Alcazaba or the Roman castle (Castillo) on Gibralfaro. Also worthwhile for those who love botany, the park 'La Concepcion' or the 'El Parque' in the center (port) of Málaga with over 800 different types of plants.

Sport harbor: The sport harbor 'El Candado' is only a 3 minute drive from the apartment.

Such beautiful accomodations! Very modern, neat, and clean. The owners were fantastic, very friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. As you can see, it's a gorgeous home. I enjoyed climbing Mt. Anton, as well as taking Numero Once into Malaga central almost every day. If you don't have a car (which I didn't), you do need to be able to walk some or ride the mini-bus down the mountain and catch the main bus into town, which was very easy to do. (I would guess El Palo is about 10 miles out from Malaga center.) And there were always taxis. One thing for sure, it was so quiet & beautiful (with pine scents and birds singing), which would not have been the case if I had stayed down on the "hotel strip" on the main thoroughfare -very noisy there. The city of Malaga itself was very easy to navigate and people were very friendly and helpful. And a lot of historical attractions to visit. Food, especially the fish, was fantastic. A very nice place to vacation for a couple of weeks and relax and do as much or as little as you want. The apartment and the patio are so lovely that you don't mind just not doing anything on some days and just relaxing with a good book and a bottle of wine!

A spacious, modern, well equipped studio apartment in an architect designed house, situated in an exclusive residential area, high up in the pine covered foothills of the mountains. Beaches, shops, supermarkets and restaurants in Pedregalejo and El Palo are easily accessible using the free minibus which stops in the front of house. Facilities in this area are aimed mainly at locals so food and services are better and cheaper than in central Malaga. There is an excellent regular bus service to Malaga from El Palo - total journey time about half an hour - leaving you stress free for walking and sightseeing in the city. Conveniently located with easy access to the motorway particularly for day trips to beach resorts such as Nerja, to the East, and for walking in the Axquaria National Park - about 40 minutes driving to Competa, Frigliana etc.

In conclusion an excellent holiday base in peaceful surroundings (well away from major roads) with helpful, welcoming hosts (Benno and family) who do not intrude on your privacy.

11 day's in this apartment, in the surrounding of a peaceful mountain, nearby the coast, marvelous ! 11 day's was to short. For all of you who want to have a relaxed holiday, with everything nearby, with a complete and luxurie apartment, please book now. Owners are very nice and don't disturb you if you don't want to.

We had a great time in this flat, the hosts were chaming and did not intrude in our privacy. This for us is very important as we just like to relax and enjoy a slow pace of life. The location was accurate, with a free bus service that stopped at the front door, dropping off on the main road to connect to buses into Malaga (No11) which ran every 10mins at a cost of 1euro. A very cheap and quick service taking about 5/10mins. There you can connect to train or bus services to all local areas. The flat was very clean, with a much appreciated air-conditioning system, cleaning service is available. Ideal place to recharge the batterires after the hectic pace of city life. The walk down-hill is worth the effort as the views and other houses in the area are worth the walk. Not suitable if you want night-life on your doorstep, but all at hand when you do, taxi fayre is cheap. That way you can have the best of both worlds, quite during the day and night-life at hand

Außer dem wunderbaren Wetter, dass wir in Malaga auch auf der einladend gestalteten Terasse genießen durften, hat die Ferienwohnung unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Geschmackvoll gestaltet auch im Detail. Die Küchenbestückung ließ es
an nichts fehlen. Eine gut durchdachte Sache.
Freundliche Vermieter stehen gerne, auf Anfrage, mit Rat zur Seite, um Ausflüge zu gestalten.
Die ruhige Wohnlage lädt zum Erholen ein.
Es gibt nur Gründe wiederzukiommen.
