The apartment was renovated and furnished by us in May of 2008. It is centrally located, yet quiet. You can reach the beach in 4 min by foot, restaurants and places to shop are nearby, a large supermarket is 5 min away and the historical harbour is only 8 min away. The perfect address for a holiday on one of the most beautiful beaches on Majorca.

The location of our apartment is ideal for families, sportsmen, seniors and singles. The 400 m away, long and flat gently sloping beach is great for swimming, walks and water sport activities. There is an aqua park with several slides about 2 km away. The historical Old Town Alcudia is approx. 2 km and the historical harbour is about 800 m away. There are a lot of ferry connections there as well as tour boats nearby. A large nature reserve 'La Albufera' is about 4 km away.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (auch die Küchenutensilien), kurzer Fußweg zum Strand (unser Sohn hat zur Siesta immer in der Wohnung Mittagsschlaf gemacht), kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, nur bei offenem Fenster zum Schlafen etwas laut, aber vielleicht sind wir da auch verwöhnt. Die sehr nette und zuvorkommende Spanierin Encarna hat uns super geholfen, als wir uns ausgesperrt hatten. Danke! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Super-Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir haben die Wohnung über Fewo-direkt gefunden u. gebucht. Die Vermieterin hat sofort Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen, alles hat super geklappt, von der Lagebeschreibung, über die Ausstattung bis zur Übergabe durch Encarna( eine Spanierin) war alles top. Die Wohnung war in einem sauberen und schon auf den ersten Blick sehr ansprechendem Zustand. Manches Hotel könnte sich daran ein Beispiel nehmen.
Alles war sehr liebevoll arrangiert, sodaß wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an "sauwohl" gefühlt haben. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist so durchdacht, wie wir es sehr selten in Deutschland angetroffen haben. Liebevoll vom Willkommensgruß (dafür vielen Dank) bis zur Steppdecke,die sich wohltuend vom spanischen Standard abhob.
Fazit: Casa osito ist ohne Einschränkungen sehr empfehlenswert!!!
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Mein Mann und ich waren in der ersten Aprilwoche auf Mallorca im Urlaub und hatten das Glück, in diesem Appartement wohnen zu dürfen. Noch nie haben wir so eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gemietet,
es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die sehr aufgemerksame "Betreuung" durch unsere Vermieterin war unglaublich. Angefangen vom Willkommensgruß. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut. Da wir leider kein Glück mit dem Wetter hatten - von insgesamt 7 Tagen hat es an 5 Tagen geregnet - war diese Wohnung unsere Rettung. Wir haben uns trotz dem Wetter sehr wohlgefühlt, waren froh, heizen zu können und haben hier eine total erholsame Woche verbringen können. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

Hallo,

wir haben die Wohnung für ein Radtrainingslager genutzt.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.
Genug Platz für 3 Personen, bzw. für 4 Personen
bei Pärchen.

- Modern eingerichtet
- ca 300m bis zum Meer
- umfriedeter Abstellplatz für PKW

Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, die versucht alles
möglich zu machen.

Weihnachten in Alcúdia

Die Fewo Casa Osito befindet sich im 2. Stock nur wenige Gehminuten von der Playa de Alcúdia entfernt.
Das Appartement ist komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Aschenbecher bis zur Zitronenpresse fehlt nichts.
Durch die Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern war es – trotz „Winter“ – immer angenehm warm.
Danke nochmals für die nette Aufmerksamkeit (Sekt, Früchte und Schokolade) zur Begrüßung ! Wir kommen gerne wieder !
