The apartment is located in the district Starnberg/Gilching on the edge of Starnbergers 5 lake land, by the edge of the forest in a quiet location. About a 10 minute drive from the center of Munich and about a 10 minute drive from the lakes (Wessling Lake, Ammer Lake, Wörth Lake, Pilsen Lake, Starnberger Lake) with a lot of rustic inns and beer gardens - the apartment is ideal for your vacation or business trip. The S-train is about a 10 minute walk (S5 / driving time: Munich city center about 30 minutes / Octoberfest about 20 minutes, Wörth Lake about 10 minutes / Ammer Lake about 15 minutes).

Gliching is located in the moraine landscape of the foothills area on the edge of and the proximity to Pilsen and Wörthsee, but also because of its excellent transport connections, an extremely popular and attractive tourist area in the Munich area developed. The A96 Lindau-Munich, leads into the village over. Munich can be reached in approximately 10-15 minutes. With the S-Bahn (S5 - Wessling) approximately 30 minutes. The recreational value is very high. It’s easy to reach these places, even using public transport (e.g. S-Bahn). In Munich you can take a stroll, visit museums, and at night you can have a great time in any of the countless bars or well-known clubs. Nevertheless at home you’ll still be surrounded by typical, unspoilt nature, where you can try out all kinds of sport in a healthy atmosphere.. There are a lot of shopping facilities, restaurants, sport and entertainment possibilities. All of the 5 lakes can be reached quickly with a car, train or bike.

From this unique lake yesteryear were not only the painter Renoir & the doctor Alzheimer delighted it live here are still many artists and celebrities. Cavort in the winter on the frozen lake skaters, shooters curling, hockey players and many walkers. 10 minutes drive into the center of Munich & 5 minutes by car to the other lakes. Even with public transportation (eg S-Bahn), these goals are within easy reach. In Munich, you can stroll, visit museums and wonderful night in one of the many bars or in one of the leading clubs amusing. Before the door but the characteristic & unspoiled nature, where they are in a healthy atmosphere of any sport can go after opportunities. Do not forget: Oktoberfest! (10 minutes).
