wir, 3 Familien ( 9Personen) aus Sachsen, haben in Brusimpiano eine schöne Ferienwoche verlebt. Leider war die Zeit viel zu kurz um sich in dieser herrlichen Gegend alles anzuschauen. Deshalb war es sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Casa Italiana.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Das Haus ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermißt. Auch den einen Regentag haben wir gut verlebt.

Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen: gute Ausstattung, gemütlich, großzügig, super sauber, farbenfroh, mit Geschmack eingerichtet und reizende Umgebung im Herzen Brusimpianos. Angenehm ist, dass man Bäcker, Pizzeria und Strand zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Die Vermieterin begrüßte uns persönlich,zeigte uns Haus, Dorf und Strand und gab uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Die lauen Sommernächte konnten wir im abgeschlossenen, teilweise überdachten Innenhof bei einem Glas Wein genießen. Wir würden das Haus sofort an Freunde weiterempfehlen.

Immer wieder gerne

Ein sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt. Die Ausstattung entspricht genau der Beschreibung, darüber hinaus gebit es im Erdgeschoss neben der schönen teilüberdachten Terrasse noch eine extra Raum mit Waschmaschine und WC, sehr angenehm. Im großen Spielzimmer im Erdgeschoss können Kinder nach herzenslust toben, denn auch hier gibt es mal schlechtes Wetter. Die Besitzerin empfängt einen persönlich und weißt nicht nur in das Haus sondern auch in die Umgebung ein. Bei Sonderwünschen ist sie ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Strand in Brusimpiano ist um so wertvoller als es fast der einzige frei zugängliche am ganzen See ist. Die Ausflugsziele sind gut beschrieben, nur Mut zu eigenen Unternehmungen, es lohnt sich. Einziger winziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die schlechte Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto, was nicht arg schlimm ist da alles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Urlaub unter Italienern

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es liegt direkt an einer Kirche , die halbstündlich läutet, welches aber eher romantisch als störend ist.Von 22 bis 7 ist absolute Ruhe. Die italienischen Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir wurden von der Besitzerin selbst empfangen und nett eingewiesen. Sie zeigte uns sogar den Strand, den Bäcker und erklärte alle nötigen Sachen im Haus.Alles einfach super.Unser Hund durfte überall mit hin und wurde freundlich aufgenommen. Im Haus lagen Unterlagen über Sehenswürdigkeiten, wann Märkte sind , wo man gut Essen gehen kann usw. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Wir waren im July 2008 mit 2 Familien (10 Personen) da und es war ausreichend Platz. Das wir keine Wohzimmer mehr hatten, hat uns nicht gestört, es gibt ja den Aufenthaltsraum ganz unten mit großem Tisch davor. Alles ist im allerbesten Zustand und die Vermieterin/Besitzerin ist super nett und hat macht ihren Job mit Liebe, so ist auch das Haus eingerichtet. 5 Minuten zum See, 5 Minuten zum Wald in dem man wunderbar spazieren gehen kann. Es liegt eine Beschreibung von Allem was man wissen sollte (Restaurants, Ausflüge etc) im Haus bereit. Es gibt super Tagesausflüge. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder dort hinfahren und das Haus in lieber nachbarschaft mieten. Viel Spaß und gute Erholung Gruß
