I Cipressi is a rustic farmhouse, 10 kilometers away from the Etruscan Coast. The house is located on a quiet estate in the Val di Cecina. By car you can reach in 10 min. both, the sea and the closest town Cecina, with many shops and beautiful sandy beaches. It takes about an hour to reach the surrounding big cities such as Florence, Siena and Pisa.

I Cipressi is a rural farm house, the apartment is on the upper floor with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people. The kitchen is newly renovated with fireplace and new kitchen appliances. The house is typical Tuscan furnished with many antique furnishings. A large garden surrounds the whole house with a barbecue and plenty of space to relax and play.

I Cipressi is surrounded by a large garden with ancient cypress trees, pines and eucalyptus trees. In the near surroundings there are many small towns, with the typical narrow streets of cobblestone, for romantics, bon vivant and all those who want to relax. Cecina is the nearest city with all sorts of attractions such as shopping malls, market, animal and water park. Especially Cecina Mare is known for its miles of huge pine beach. This is a sandy beach with a pine forest behind it, with small paths to picnic, walk, horseback riding, hiking and biking. On the whole Etruscan coast from Vada until San Vincenzo there are several beautiful sandy beaches, including those which are very well suited for children, because the water is only knee- or hip-deep. In 40 km you are in Piombino, from there you can take the ferry to the island Elba, popular with snorkellers and nature lovers. All in all, a very attractive area which offers for Everyman / woman something.

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, rund herum sind nur Bauernhöfe, das Haus und der Garten liegen zum Großteil im Schatten somit kann man dort auch den ganzen Tag verbringen auch wenn es heiß ist! Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet, es gibt einen CD-Player und viele Spiele und Bücher. Keinen Fernseher, was wir wirklich sehr genossen haben. Einfach ein entspanntes Ambiente, um zu Relaxen und den Alltag zu vergessen. Jedes Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtet. Sehr schöne alte Möbel. Ideal für zwei Paare mit jeweils einem oder zwei Kinder. Es gibt zwei Dreibettzimmer und ein Zimmer mit einem Hochbett. Die Eßküche ist sehr gemütlich es gibt sogar einen offenen Kamin für kalte Tage, im Garten hat man die Möglichkeit an einem gemauerten Grill zu grillen.

Der Besitzer hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären, leider spricht er nur Englisch und Italienisch man kann sich aber falls man diese Sprachen nicht beherrscht an Angela oder Matthias wenden. Diese vermitteln das Haus und sorgen schon im Voraus dafür das alles im Urlaub stimmt! Hierfür nochmals vielen Dank! Die Tipps mit den Hundestränden war super! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
