The newly built double house villa belongs to the Camporosso region and is located above Ventimiglia in a quiet villa area and is distinguished by its unique dream location. The 180 degree fantastic sea view of Monte Carlo, the French Riviera and the Ligurian landscape are all breathtaking. The view of Monte Carlo is unique at night. The 150 m2 large vacation home is separated among two levels, is modernly equipped and meets sophisticated demands. Casa Jelessa has 3 bedrooms and 2 exclusive bathrooms. A red-wine colour, completely equipped kitchen and the cozy fireplace corner with a stone wall and dining space belong to the 60 m2 large living room. The house is separated among two levels. Due to the slope location, the house has two separate, spacious patios and a large balcony stretches out along the entire house. The upper patio is completely gated. All rooms have direct access to outside and have a stunning view of the sea.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach wunderschön: ganz oben in den Hang hineingebaut, mit einer herrlichen Terasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt und abends einen verträumten Blick auf die Lichter von Menton und Monte Carlo erlaubt. Für Pool-Liebhaber gibt es 10 Schritte weiter ein schönes sauberes Schwimmbad, in dem man nicht nur plantschen, sondern richtig schwimmen und sogar von einem kleinen Sprungbrett springen kann. Das Haus ist sehr (!)geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Gastgeber verwöhnen mit gut durchdachten Kleinigkeiten und schönem Ambiente. Es ist ein Haus zum Träumen, Ausruhen und Sich-Wiederfinden! Wir haben es sehr genossen - danke schön!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Modern und mit viel liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Zu empfehlen für Leute die es gerne geniessen und einen gehobenen Standard schätzen.
Geniale Aussicht und trotz Lage weit oben auf dem Hügel ist man schnell an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Autobahn erschlossen und kann die Umgebung entdecken.
Auch ein Lob an die Vermieter, genialer Service, Informationen usw. es klappte einfach alles perfekt!
