This Spanish art deco vacation rental building was built in the 30's but was fully renovated for your comfort. Wireless access is offered for free. This South Beach vacation rental unit is located on the North entrance ground floor and faces the street.. This large 1 bedroom apartment has a surface of 600 square feet. The unit was fully renovated and very nicely decorated Its layout is very comfortable, entering through a cozy living room, nicely furnished and with lots of light. Offering a queen size bed, the bedroom is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was beautifully redone for your convenience
