Villa Il Castellare is located in the heart of Tuscany,province of Siena, not far away from Montalcinello, a medieval village founded in the 10 th century. The ancient farm is situated in the beautiful Sienes countryside .The structure includes 3 apartments with a total of 330 qm. Villa Il Castellare underwent a careful restauration, when much focus was placed on every detail of the interiors while completely renovating them. The result is a tasteful combination of the original elements of the ancient farmhouse, typical of Tuscan architecture and the inclusion of modern comforts such as en- suite bath- rooms.Each apartment is equipped with its own entrance. So the farm is equally attractive for small individual groups as well as large groups up to 12 persons.Villa Il Castellare is ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiscent experience.

The Quercione apartment is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and is composed by a large sitting room with fireplace, a double bedroom with queen-size beds - or single beds on application - and a bathroom with shower. The cooking corner, unique in its kind - provided with 4 stoves, dishwasher, fridge and freezer - is set inside a piece of furniture in typical Tuscan style. This particular and beautiful solution allows a better use of the large sitting room of the apartment. The Quercione apartment has its own terrace.
