The house is furnished facing the south, light, friendly rooms, also during the winter, open fireplace in the living room, oil central heating in the entire house. Ideal for hot summers, but also for cool winter days, because the house is located on a protected hill. Ideal for families with 3-4 children or 2 families. Maximum booking: 9 people.

The finca is surrounded by fields and forests. You can go on walks through your own forest on the private property. A private horse box is also nearby, along with a donkey. You will have a stunning view of the wide island centre of Majorca, a stunning place to dream! The beaches in the southern part of the island, like the famous Caribbean Es Trenc beach are open for you, about 20-30 minutes by car. Algaida, the closest village, offers you all shopping facilities with supermarkets, bakeries, shops. Here you will also find a lot of restaurants, also typical Majorcan restaurants. In Algaida you will also find the glass blowing Gordiola and the leather factory Alorda that invites you to visit. On the nearby mountain of Randa you will find a monastery and excursion inn.
