64 Stufen zu einem schönem Domizil

Die sehr schön eingerichtete und super gepflegte Ferienwohnung liegt im 5. Stock in einer sehr schönen Wohnanlage. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der abgeschlossene Parkplatz im Innenhof.
Zu bemängeln haben wir lediglich die sehr weichen Matratzen bzw. die nicht so guten Lattenroste in beiden Schlafräumen. Die Couch kann auch nur bedingt als Schlafmöglichkeit empfohlen werden.

Ansonsten war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Besonders gut ist die Wohnung mit ÖPNV zu erreichen bzw. man ist sehr schnell im Stadtkern.

Ein Nahkauf und ein Bäcker sind gleich um die Ecke.

Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Schöne, saubere, gepflegte Wohnung für max. 5 Personen, wobei die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nichts für Leute mit Rückenbeschwerden ist...
Sehr nette Vermieterin, ruhige Lage; gute Verkehrsanbindung (2 Min. Bus; 10 Min. U-Bahn); Bäcker und Lebensmittediscounter direkt um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfeheln!

Wir waren vom 01.10.08 - 08.10.08 in der Ferienwohnung in Mariendorf.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Wir haben alle Erkundungen ohne Auto unternommen.Durch die ruhige Lage haben wir gut geschlafen.
Da ich Allergiker bin, war diese Wohnung für uns sehr vorteilhaft.

für 3 (sicher auch für mehr) Personen wunderbar große und geräumige Wohnung. Praktisch, aber nicht billig eingerichtet. Hell und sonnig. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Auch ohne eigenen PKW zu empfehlen, da verkehrsgünstig gelegen.

Große, helle, ruhige Wohnung für die kleinere Familie mit allem, was der (Kurz-)urlauber braucht. Abgeschlossener Stellplatz, ideal für Berlin-Besucher mit PKW ! Eine freundliche Vermieterin und rundum eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse.
