The penthouse apartment on the top floor is captivating with the light-flooding through it. Pure living space is 120 sqm. 25 sqm roof terrace is for private use. There is a conservatory next to the living room, both are 30 sqm with a view of the ocean and mountains. There is a wide glass door between these rooms. This allows for a relaxing, undisturbed holiday with several people. Beach towels, bathrobes, a hair dryer and books are provided in the two bedrooms. Two new bathrooms with natural light, the perfectly equipped kitchen is even suitable for hobby chefs. Even from here you can look out over the stone pines and see the ocean. The rooms are tastefully furnished and renovated annually. Even demanding guests, who want to flee mass tourism, find pure relaxation here with a fitting ambiance. One can relax wonderfully in a well-maintained, park-like garden or get a little movement in the pool or on new exercise equipment.

Costa del Sol is one of the sunniest regions in Europe. In addition to long, sandy beaches, there secluded areas with pristine landscape that are perfect for walks. There are many historical places of interest to visit, Marbella's Old Town is within walking distance from our house. Approx. 30 wonderful golf courses are nearby and can be played on year-round. The free-standing house is located on a small cul-de-sac, approx. 300 m from kilometre long, well-maintained sand beaches. An ideal environment for the quiet-seeking holiday-maker. There are many comfortable pubs and restaurants directly on the ocean. The bus stop is very close. You can run your errands in the supermarket, newspaper stand, or at the German backer. They are all within walking distance. Attention! Our price is based on two people, a fee is charged for every extra person. See rental price. Is it just the two of you?   • Our prices are for 2 persons. But we rent our flat for 2 to 5 people the whole year. For example: If you come with 3 guests, you pay 30€ more, the 4th is 20€ more and the 5th 10€ more. For finalcleaning we ask for 75€. Babys until 12 month are free. If you like a reservation please send us 30% of the rent. The rest when you arrive.

Nicht einmal eine Auto-Stunde vom Flughafen Malaga entfernt, liegt dieses wunderschöne Haus in einem sehr gepflegten Garten in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und die Sonnenhungrigen werden auf der Dachterrasse mit einem sehr schönen Meerblick verwöhnt. Am hauseigenen Pool laden Liegen und Sonnenschirme zum Relaxen ein.

Das deutsche Vermieter Ehepaar hat uns viele nützliche Ausflugs-Tipps geben können, sowohl in Sachen Kultur als auch Shopping.

In nur wenigen Geh-Minuten ist das Meer zu erreichen und der Sandstrand lädt auch zu Spaziergängen oder zum Joggen ein. Ebenso sind hier einige typische Strand-Bars sowie Restaurants verschiedener Kategorien zu finden.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Mit Verspätung - herzlichen Dank an die Eigentümer dieser schönen Wohnung für die Gastfreundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft!!
Wir haben als Langzeitmieter die Wohnung vom November 2008 bis März 2009 bewohnt.Eine Top-Adresse für Golfer, Sportler, Ruhe- und Strandliebhaber - sehr wohl auch für die Wintermonate des Jahres empfehlenswert!

Traumhafte Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht absolut den Beschreibungen der Vermieter. Der traumhafte Wintergarten und die herrliche Dachterasse überzeugen. Am Pool findet man im schönen Garten viel Raum zum Entspannen.
Beim Frühstück wurden wir regelmäßig vom Hund des Anwesens aufgesucht, was aber aufgund der Freundlichkeit des Tieres überhaupt nicht störend war. Für Unternehmungen in der region ist allerdings ein Mietwagen erforderlich. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt von Marbella (ca. 1,5 Stunden am Strand) ist lohnend und durchaus zu bewältigen. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen, weit genug entfernt von der Küstenstraße.
Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus, dass in der Beschreibung nicht zu viel verspricht. Leider mussten wir unseren Urlaub aus privaten Gründen vorzeitig beenden. wir erwägen aber noch einmal nach Marbella zu kommen.

Geschmackvolles, gepflegtes Ambiente

Die bisher veröffentlichten Bewertungen entsprechen voll den Tatsachen und die Photos sind realitätsnah. Immer wieder hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und jederzeitige Hilfsbereitschaft der Eigentümer. Zu allen anderen Gegebenheiten ist schon ausführlich berichtet worden und genauso positiv ist es auch vor Ort anzutreffen. Erwähnenswert wäre lediglich noch, daß diese Wohnung auch hervorragend für Golfer geeignet ist wegen der Vielzahl der Plätze und guten
Erreichbarkeit. Wir werden uns sicher zu "Wiederholungs-tätern" entwickeln.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben, großzügig, komfortabel und besonders der Lichtdurchflutete Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles ist in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Die Herzlichkeit, mit der die Vermieter einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, ist einfach toll.

Strandspaziergänge, Wandern in den Bergen, Ausflüge ins mondäne Marbella, in die historische Altstadt von Malaga oder die Besichtigung der maurischen Kulturgüter in Granada oder Cordoba, alles ist von hier aus problemlos möglich.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.
