Romantik mit Komfort

Wir waren im Juni 2009 drei Wochen in diesem Feriendomiziel.
Die ruhige Lage, viel Freiraum rund ums Haus und die komplette Ausstattung gefielen uns sehr. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt, die Wohnräume gemütlich und boten Entspannung nach langen Ausflügen. Alles funktionierte perfekt, die AC unauffällig und wirkungsvoll (das ist nicht überall so). Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war angenehm herzlich - es gab ja auch nichts zu verbergen.
Der Mietvertrag korrekt, der Empfang durch die Hausverwalterin professionell - eine Garantie für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zum Barefootbeach, für uns der angenehmste Strand der Region, die unmittelbare Umgebung zu Napels und den Everglades, vom Flughafen RSW in einer halbe Stunde erreichbar, zeichnet diese Location aus. Für längere Ausflüge ist die unmittelbare Nähe zur I75 sehr hifreich. Also: Ankommen, wohlfühlen, die Umgebung erkunden und genießen.
Das war mein dritter Aufenthalt in Florida - und der Angenehmste zugleich. Obwohl die Comunity einiges bietet wa sie kostenlos nützen können, sollten sie ein Auto auf jedenfall dabei haben. Florida ist weit mehr als nur in der Sonne liegen.

Traumurlaub in Florida

Wir waren dieses Jahr im April in diesem Haus untergebracht. Das Haus mit der kleinen Insel direkt vom Pool aus zu sehen, hat eine sehr schöne Ausstattung, man hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool, der große Gasgrill und die Tier- und Pflanzenwelt ums Haus haben uns und unserer Tochter besonders gefallen. Durch die günstige Lage des Hauses konnten wir viele schöne Tagesausflüge (nach Ft.Myers Beach, Naples, Sanibel- u. Captiva Island, Everglades, Miami usw.) machen. Die Outletts waren natürlich unser Highlight, Malls, Supermärkte und Flohmärkte in der Umgebung sind ein Paradies zum Shoppen. Am Abend im beheizten, beleuchteten, mückenfreien Pool relaxen. Wir sind begeistert vom Citrus Park das ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit einer tollen Snack Bar, dank des gemieteten Golfwagens konnten wir die ganze Parkanlage erkunden. Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter in diesem Domizil. Die deutschsprachige Verwalterin ist supernett und unkompliziert.
