The property with it's 1500sqm is completely fenced either by a stone wall or wrought iron railings. The garden is well laid out with sub tropical plants, a waterfall feature and large covered gazebo for at least 10 people. The Swimming pool measures 11m x 5m with good views over the bay. The ground floor of the villa offers a large double bedroom & bathroom. The living area is large & open plan, with well fitted kitchen, coffee area, lounge area and veranda. Upstairs there are a further 3 large, en-suite bedrooms all have verandas with sea & mountain views. There is also a washing machine & kitchenette on the upper landing.
