The lovely Residence Mariu lies amongst olive groves in a lightly raised, panoramic hillside location on the edge of the small village of Cassone, approx. 4km from Malcesine. The residence has been specifically built for holidaymakers and is very well tended by the owner. This is reflected not only in the gardens but also in the furnishings. Footpath to the lake 250m, to a bathing beach approx. 350m, with the car approx. 700m; to a tennis centre approx. 6km, shops and restaurants on the lakeside. In the terraced garden there are sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, table tennis and a playground. In the houses there is a lock-up room for surf boards and bicycles; coin-operated telephone. One parking space per apartment is reserved in front of the house.

Unsere Ferienwohnung in der Residenz " Mariu" befand sich im obersten Stockwerk.Die Aussicht von dort war wunderbar.Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber.Der Garten mit Pool 1A.Rutsche , Tischtennisplatte und Grillmöglichkeit sind vorhanden.Es waren nur einige hundert Meter steiler Fussweg bis zum See.Ein paar kleine Restaurants gibt es auch.Cassone ist genau der Richtige Ort, wenn man etwas Abseits vom Trubel sein möchte.Bis Malcesine sind es nur wenige Kilometer und dortkann man shoppen , Fahrräder mieten oder auch Bootstouren machen!Die schöne Burg sollte man auf jeden Fall besichtigen,darin ist auch ein Museum über den Gardasee.Da unser Urlaub dort rundum gelungen war und wir auch einen sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter hatten, werden wir bestimmt wieder dort hin fahren!!
