Brenzone: The Residence Novasolei lies only approx. 80m from the lake in the second row of houses in a green oasis of olive trees and approx. 1km from the centre of town. The house has a large garden with a playground, table tennis and barbecue area. To reach the lake with its lakeside grounds and private landing stage, you need only cross the “Gardesana” lakeside road. Shops and restaurants in the town or along the shores of the lake. Enclosed parking lot and some garages.

Wir hatten dieses Jahr ein 2 Zi-Appartment in der Residenz Solei gebucht. Die Anlag ist sehr gepflegt, das Appartment ausreichend groß auch für 3 Personen mit netter Einrichtung. Der Balkon ist wirklich toll und man konnte bis spät in die Nacht die tolle Aussicht auf den See genießen. Ist auch nicht zu laut, da sich das Haus in 2. Reihe zum Gardasee befindet.
Sogar unser Hund war hier herzlich willkommen und konnte sich im kühlen Nass erfrischen.
Sehr nette Vermieterin!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub Ende August/ Anfang September 2009 zu zweit in einer Wohnung mit Balkon verbracht und fanden die Größe ideal. Mit vier Personen wäre es auf dem Balkon m.E. etwas eng geworden, drei hätten sicherlich Platz gefunden. Die Angaben im Inserat bezüglich der Ausstattung treffen voll und ganz zu. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und vor allen Dingen super sauber. Die Matratzen waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Vermieterin ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir den morgendlichen Brötchenservice des Bäckers mit fairen Preisen. Der Lärm von der Straße ist zu hören, war aber noch in Ordnung (gegen Abend wurde es ruhiger...), zumal das Schlafzimmer zur Bergseite liegt.
