In 2005 11 new apartments were built in the new Villa Hedy, only 50 m from the long and sandy beach of San Vincenzo. Villa Hedy is surrounded from a large garten where the clients can find a barbecue and a small children’s playground. Internet-point (on payment of a small fee) and washing machine (coin-operated). Parking facilities at the house or in the garage. Shops, restaurants and the pedestrian precinct approx. 10 minutes by foot. The apartments with satellite-TV, heathing, air conditioning, dishwascher, micro and safe are tastefully decorated and furnished in modern style. All apartments have a furnished, private balcony or terrace.

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung vorgefunden, die genau den vom Vermieter gemachten Angaben entsprochen hat. Das Meer liegt 50 m entfernt, die Wohnungen sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles in der Küche und in den Zimmern vorhanden, so dass man einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub genießen kann. Stefania ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Ausflugmöglichkeiten ins schöne Landesinnere oder am Meer entlang sind unbegrenzt. Es lohnt sich dieses Fleckchen Italien zu besuchen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen, viel zu kurzen Urlaub verbracht und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.
