The residence offers special reductions for its guests, should you wish to use the thermal baths. Shops and restaurants in Campiglia Marittima or Venturina. Parking and reception at the residence. Sport, Entertainment: Lawned area with swimming pool (17 x 10 m) and separate children’s pool, sun loungers, parasols, small children’s playground. Further offers (fees apply): Tennis (3 sand courts), Fitness studio in neighbouring fitness-centre. Mountain bike hire and horse riding near by.

The small town of Campiglia Marittima with its narrow alleys lies on a hill and is only a few kilometres away from the sea. It has retained its medieval character to the present day. In the valley near Venturina it is only a few minutes to the Caldana thermal springs and lake. To the north-west lies the bathing resort of San Vicenzo (12km) with its modern sport harbour. The pleasant pedestrian areas invite one for an evening stroll through the shops, to promenade in true Italian style or to enjoy an evening in one of the discos. From Piombino (11km south west) one can take a ferry to Elba, Corsica or Sardinia.
