Monticelli Brusati: The Vineyard Villa Gradoni is worth a stay for many reasons. Firstly the wonderful geographic location in the middle of Franciacorta, the area which stretches roughly between southern Lake Garda, Brescia and Lake Iseo and is renowned amongst connoisseurs for its excellent wines. Even from far away, one can make out the green, terraced hillsides on which the vines are cultivated. Secondly the location of the vineyard itself: this agricultural estate has extended its activities to include the rental of holiday apartments in order to offer its guests a relaxing and varied holiday. Relaxation can be found in the swimming pool (18 x 7m) with its integrated paddling pool and garden furniture. For children there is a playground; rental bicycles invite one to get to know the area. Friends of fishing can use the small, private fishing lake. Diverse shops, restaurants and bar in the nearby town, approx. 1km away.

Waren Anfang September in der Wohnalge Villa Gardoni am Iseo See. Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool.Kompfortable Arpartments, gut asgestattet und sehr sauber.
Restaurant in der Anlage gute einheimische Küche etwas
höheres Preisniveau.
Gute und freundliche Betreuung leider nur in Englisch.
Kostenloser Fahradverleih und Brötchenserivce und eine
Führung durch das Weingut mit Weinprobe.
Sehr geeignet für erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub.
Man braucht aber ein Fahrzeug für Ausflugziele ins Umland (Iseosee) ca. 8km.

Viele Unterlagen zur Unterkunft nur in ital. u. engl.
Weinprobe nur in ital. u.engl.
Schade !
Wohnung geräumig und sauber.
Ausstattung gut (landesüblich).Gasherd, leider kein Wasserkocher und keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden.
Pool gepflegt und sauber.
Freizeitaktivitäten können nur mit dem Auto unternommen
werden. Kulturinteressierte finden in der näheren Umgebung einiges zur Besichtigung.
Grillen möglich.
Spielplatz für kleine Kinder im Grundstück.
