Vacation home with sea view and exclusive furnishing, beautiful roof deck. Self-catering. 120m2 living room, 40m2 patios and balcony, 40m2 roof deck, underground garage, 3 bedrooms, 6 people, 2 bathrooms. Location on the sea with a small garden, pets allowed. Rental price per week between 560 and 630 EUR. The house is located in a quiet residential area and only a few minutes walk to the stunning natural beach 'Es Trenc'. Beautiful Mediterranean flowers grow in the entrance area and a small staircase leads to the ground floor. There you will find the living area with a fireplace and entrance to the patio. The well equipped kitchen has a dining area and entrance to another patio and the small garden. More beautiful Mediterranean flowers bloom in the garden from Spring until Fall and invite you to grill in the grilling area. On the second floor of the house you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have access to a balcony, and 2 bathrooms. The beautiful roof deck is on the top floor.

Colonia de Sant Jordi is located on a small peninsula in southern Mallorca. The former fishing villages is now a beautiful vacation village with a beautiful harbor. A lot of cafes, restaurants and bars along the harbor invite you to relax. But the excitement along the shops is also worth it. Colonia de Sant Jordi is bordered by 2 of the most beautiful and longest beaches on the Mediterranean: Es Trenc and S'Avall, with flat shores and crystal clear water. Here you can enjoy water sports of all kinds or simply go for a walk and enjoy the fine, white sand and the view. On the newly built 'paseo', you can explore the entire city on foot and discover small sand and pebble beaches. We especially recommend an excursion to the island of Carbrera with a boat directly from the harbor of Colonia. In the city you will find a marine science museum which is planned to open in the Summer of 2008. Sport possibilities in the city: water sports, horseback riding and fitness.

Wir (51,46,20,18,15,12) haben das Ferienhaus nur für 3 Nächte gemietet, das übrigens problemlos und unbürokratisch gelang. Leider waren es nur 3 Nächte, denn es war sehr gemütlich und das Haus war frisch renoviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Angaben waren exakt angegeben.
Nur ein kleines Problem: Mücken -- im Oktober nur ein kleines Problem -- zu anderen Reisezeiten könnte es ein größeres Problem darstellen.
