Lovingly maintained house, large living/dining room with open fireplace, 3 airy, comfortable bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, approx. 600 m² large, fenced ground area with pool and children’s pool to guarantee relaxation from the moment you arrive. You’ll love the charm of this house when you’re having a barbecue, relaxing on the terraces or under the pine trees. For perfect family holidays we provide children’s toys, bikes and air mattresses at no further cost. A huge (90 m²) sun terrace on the roof is just right for all-day sun-bathing. Last but not least this roof terrace has a breathtaking view of typical Majorcan landscape as far as the mountains. One of the most beautiful natural beaches in Majorca, Cala Llombard, is less than a minute away by car, or about 7 minutes on foot. Other really romantic bays (Cala S'Almonia and Calo des Moro) are also reachable on foot.

Cala Llombard is located between Cala Santanyi and S'Almunia. This central part has a lovely beach formed by the estuary of Son Morlà, a fast-flowing stream. The town was founded at the beginning of the 60s. In 1969 building was begun on the site of the former finca Son Amer. It consists mainly of individual family houses and smaller properties. Cala Llombard contains a hostel, a restaurant, a cafe and a mini-market. Relaxation and fun can be found on our walks along the “Cami de Pescadors” and in the surrounding area. The town is fantastic for individual tourists and also marvellous for the ever-growing number of people who seek holidays for peace, relaxation, refreshment and pure nature. Ideal as a starting point for lots of trips to tourist attractions, leisure parks and the nearby romantic bays of Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago and S'Amarador.

Das Haus ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Besonders mit der Ausstattung der Küche waren
wir sehr zufrieden. Auch der Herd war super sauber!.
Da das Haus nur einen direkten Nachbarn hat, waren
wir sehr ungestört und haben das besonders bei den
Mahlzeiten auf der Terasse an der Küche genossen.
Bei der Anfahrt zum Haus gab es keine Schwierigkeiten und auch die "Schlüsselübergabe" machte keine Probleme.
Die Betreuung vor Ort erfolgte erst in unserer zweiten
Urlaubswoche durch einen kurzen Besuch der Ansprechpartnerin.
Leider waren fast alle Liegen kaputt und auch die
Handtücher ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Hier wäre
eine Neuinvestition wirklich von Vorteil.
Auch sollte die Reinigungskraft öfter mal unter den
Betten putzen, da das Haus leicht sauber zu halten
ist.
Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr gut erholt und die
Zeit genossen.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, liegt mit diesem Ferienhaus genau richtig. Es handelt sich hier um kein Luxusferienhaus, sondern um ein einfach eingerichtetes Landhaus mit kleinem Minipool. Trotzdem ist alles Notwendige, was man als Selbstversorger braucht, vorhanden. Wir haben uns inmitten des schön angelegten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser netter Ansprechpartner war jederzeit für uns da. Alles in allem können wir als Familie mit Kleinkindern dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen. Allerdings sollte die Grundausstattung vom Vermieter mal durchgesehen und ausgewechselt bzw. repariert werden Es bedarf einiger Neuzugänge (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Sitzkissen und Sonnenschirme, Reparatur der Toilettenspülung) damit das versprochene Inventar auch nutzbar ist.
