Marina Julia: The holiday village Albatros lies directly next to a public beach and has its own entrance. It has been built on extensive grounds, leaving much room for a variety of activities. Both younger and older guests can choose from a wide variety of facilities and enjoy many happy holiday hours within the complex. There is a large sun lawn and play areas for football and volleyball, two lovely Olympic size swimming pools, one with a diving tower, a large children’s swimming pool, two tennis courts, table tennis, a restaurant, a pizzeria, mini golf, a supermarket and a number of boutiques. A camping and caravan park is attached to the village.

Marina Julia lies in the western part of the Gulf of Trieste, approx. 3km from the town of Monfalcone. This quiet bathing resort is ideal for families. There are shops, restaurants and many opportunities for sport and entertainment. The beach is partly fine sand, partly fine pebbles and slopes gently into the sea. The climate is mild and dry. Due to the good location, day trips to interesting towns such as Trieste, Grado, Udine and Gorizia are easily possible, where one can enjoy wandering through the old town centres or visiting the many sights.
