Southern location, grand panoramic view, very tranquil location in garden plot of more than 1 ha., private 7x4m pool right next to Seillans (3km) with its restaurants and shops. This recently renovated house has a modern design to match the Provence lifestyle. It combines the essences of Provence and is the perfect place for holidays with family and friends. It consists of a main house (3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms) and a guesthouse (2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom). In the main house there is a generous living room with open kitchen and dining for 10 persons. This gives access to the panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast on the terrace table (10 persons) under the pergola. The open summer kitchen with large dining table (10 persons) is ideal for barbecues. Stone steps lead to the private pool. You can relax in the seating, lounger sets and hammocks. There’s also table tennis, badminton, boules, ball games and pool.

La Machotte is right next to the mediaeval village of Seillans, one of the most beautiful villages in France. The village has an excellent infrastructure including restaurants, cafes, baker, butcher, doctors and a little supermarket. Seillans has long been culturally active, even before Max Ernst’s artistry, encouraging young artists nowadays with 2 art galleries, crafts and various music festivals.

This is a beautiful house to have a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Having breakfast on the terrace, playing table tennis with the kids, relaxing in the sun near the pool, reading a book on the romantic bench, preparing meals in the outside kitchen and BBQ, enjoying dinner with a magnificent view!
