Ciudad Jardín (garden city) is between the Playa de Palma and the town of Palma. In a side street only a few minutes from the beach, this picturesque roof apartment with lovely roof terrace with wonderful view across the sea and as far as the bay of Palma is on the 5th floor (lift). Enjoy the view at breakfast or during the evening meal of the ferries departing and arriving. The apartment has a garage plus two bicycles, for lovely beach rides along the coast to Palma! Greetings from the advertiser, I hope to meet you soon. The beach of Ciudad Jardin has earned the blue flag (for clean water, maintenance and safety). Check out no. 513769 village holiday house in original Majorcan scenery in the lovely town of Andratx. New from April 09, also in Ciudad Jardin, a very nice apartment, fine sea view, 2 bedrooms, big sunny terrace.

The ideal place for visits to the beach and strolling around the town! Several of the best fish restaurants on the island are just around the corner and in the morning enjoy a delightful jog on the beach promenade or walk as far as Palma. A great place for relaxing. Beaches are not as full as on Playa de Palma, more locals are found here. Most planes arrive over the sea, which looks great and is quiet, but when there are more flights they sometimes arrive from the opposite direction and can be heard. From April 09, also in Ciudad Jardin, lovely apartment, fine sea view, 2 bedrooms, lovely terrace with wonderful sea view, all-day sunshine, only 3 minutes on foot to beach.

Wir waren Ende März auf Mallorca.
Wir fanden ein sehr gepflegtes Appartment vor, mit allem ausgestattet was einen angenehmen Urlaub verspricht. Die dazugehörende Dachterrasse ist das Pünktchen auf dem I. Schön hergerichtet mit einer Sitzecke, Liegen, Pflanzen, vor allem schön am Abend. Ein Traum, wenn die Sonne hinter den Bergen untergeht und die Lichter Palmas erleuchten. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren korrekt, Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und der vor Ort lebenden Dame waren sehr gut.
Man lebt noch in Spanien.unter Spaniern.Gleich um die Ecke feine Fischrestaurants,aber auch urige Taparias,in denen die Einheimischen verkehren.Nach Palma oder Platja de Palma verkehren Busse im 10 Minutentakt,3 Minuten vom Appartment.
Der Strand ,mit wunderbarer Promenade,von der Wohnung 2 Minuten,mit Radspur bis Arenal oder in anderer Richtung bis Palma und darüberhinaus bietet Gelegenheit für sportliche Betätigung.
Das Appartment und die Lage:Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr nett eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage für zwei Personer genau richtig. Die Sonnenterrasse ist wunderschön und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Insel und das Meer.

vielen dank für den netten Kontakt . Wir haben die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden und werden
sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Die zentrale Lage und der
Meeresblick hat uns begeistert -in 10 Minuten ist man
sowohl in Palma als auch zum feiern an der Playa de
Palma (Arenal).Einmal kurz um die Ecke findet man einen
schönen Strand an dem man jederzeit ohne Schwierigkeiten eine Liege bekommt. Wunderbare Restaurants sind ebenfalls in weniger als 5 Gehminuten
erreichbar.
Ganz besonders schön ist die bezaubernde Dachterasse die Nachts einen traumhaften Blick auf die
beleuchtete Bucht von Palma bietet.

Schönes Appartment mit toller Dachterrasse

Wir waren zur Hochsaison im August dort. Das Appartment hat eine ideale Größe für 2 Personen, ist aber auch mit 3 Personen zu beziehen. Freundliche helle Ausstattung, jede Menge Handtücher und eine tolle Dachterrasse mit gepflegten Möbeln. Das es bei der Lage Fluglärm gibt, war bekannt; man gewöhnt sich dran. Die Umgebung ist erfüllt mit Spaniern, was wir sehr bevorzugen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im August für 14 Tage im Appartment. Wir waren sicher schon zum 35-40 mal auf Mallorca. Unsere Unterkünfte waren immer in Ordnung bis gut. Diesmal haben wir es aber besonders gut getroffen. Von Sauberkeit, Platzangebot etc. alles wirklich top. Nimmt man die Dachterasse mit ihrem herrlichen Ausblick und die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin dazu,
ist dieses Appartment, auch vom Preis/Leistung super. Die Objektbeschreibung ist absolut korrekt. Also insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
