Very close to an Baltic-sea beach is this flat in Niendorf-Timmendorfer-Strand. It is for 2 people (baby is possible, if you bring your own travel-bed). Behind the trees u can see the sea and a nice sunset from the balcony. Because this flat is used private as well the interior is very high quality and complete. SAT-TV, Video, DVD, CD, mp3, and a lot of kitchen equipment, etc. The flat is renovated and new furnished in 2006. If u don’t like to bring your own sheets and towels u can add. hire some, even a bathrobe for the sauna. You don’t have to worry if you are allergic, it’s allergic-person-friendly. Therefore smoking is not allowed. Including the price is the use of a pool and a sauna. You have a private parking space as well in front of the house. Everything promises you a relaxing holiday.

There are a lot of Shops, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies. You can hire bicycles, play mini-golf. Altogether there are a lot of things to do.

  • Deposit 10% at once. Rest of payment four weeks before arrival. If travel time under 7 nights its the 'per night price plus 36,-€ service-fee. All prices are incl. cleaning, electricity, water, rubbish, heater, pool/ sauna and parking-space. Bed linen and towels for one Person €15,-; bathrobe for one Person €5,-. Additional you have to pay a health resort tax on visitors directly at the administrative authority of a health resort. It’s about 2,60 per night and Person.
  • If you change your mind or can´t come you have to pay the following costs: cancellation up to incl. 60 days before arrival date 10%, cancellation up to incl. 30 days before arrival date 25%, cancellation up to incl. 15 days before arrival date 40%, cancellation up to incl.14 days before arrival date 80%, cancellation on arrival date or if you don´t come at all 100%. You should have an insurance for that.

Wir (Familie mit 15 Monate altem Kind) waren zwar nur 3 Tage in der Ferienwohnung, aber haben es sehr genossen und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgesattet und die Wohnung wirklich gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch super, ganz dicht am Strand und nach einem Spaziergang entlang zahlreicher schöner Villen gelangt man auch ins Zentrum des Ortes. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Toller Urlaub! Super, nette, saubere FeWo! Alles vorhanden und sehr gemütlich. Nicht abschrecken lassen vom Baustil der Aussenanlage.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für zwei Personen. Sehr saubere und auch wirklich nett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Vom kleinen Balkon sieht man sogar die Ostsee, die in höchstens zwei Minuten zu erreichen ist. Wer nur ein paar Bahnen schwimmen möchte, kann dies im nicht überfüllten hauseigenen Schwimmbad tun. Wer keine Lust zum Kochen hat, findet in Niendorf/Timmendorf genügend Restaurants.

Hatten eine schöne Zeit,App.war sauber hell und gemütlich.Ausstattung voll ausreichend.Besonders Hausmeister war sehr zuverlassig.Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Herrlicher Kurzurlaub

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub verlebt. Die Umgebung ist vielseitig, die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und frisch renoviert. Die Küche war wirklich überdurchschnittlich zu anderen Fewo´s ausgestattet. Netter kleiner Balkon mit Blick Richtung Wasser. Ruhige Lage. Golferparadies.
Anlage ein bißchen 60er/70er, aber was soll´s, unser Urlaubszuhause war toll. Danke!
