3 star (national) holiday home. Our holiday home is 100 m², has 3 separate bedrooms, a balcony, a large bathroom equipped with a shower, phone, washing machine, and a separate toilet. Our kitchen, which can also be used as a recreation room, is equipped with: a big corner seat, Satellite TV, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen, hand towels and crockery is included in the rent. A high-chair and crib is also available for children. We also provide breakfast service on request. The bus stop is only 3 minutes away. Pets allowed on request.

Our house is located in Neustift in the Stubai valley of the Neder district, approximately 1.5 km from Neustift. The bus stop from which you can travel towards the Stubai glacier or towards Innsbruck is 150m away. The numerous trails beyond the street from our house present you with hiking opportunities.

Enjoy Summer in Neustift: In summer you can access a few hiking trails and mountain tours directly from the house. Furthermore, you can easily reach the various summer festivals which are held here. The 11-seater lifts offer you the opportunity to go on tandem paragliding flights. The mountain top is also well suited as the starting point for some lovely hikes and mountain tours. The various opportunities for hiking and mountain climbing and the various mountain bike trails for all levels of difficulty are found in the Stubai valley cannot be found elsewhere. Climbing enthusiasts also get their money's worth.

Enjoy Winter in Neustift: Paragliding, hang gliding, sledging, skating, winter hiking as well as cross-country skiing are all easily accessible. The recreation centre in the village of Neustift with its sauna, solarium, and indoor swimming pool is approx. 2 km. The bowling alleys, a shooting gallery and the exhibition hall where prize distributions and social functions are conducted are also not far away. From the 11-seater you can ride a sledge to our house (approx. 8 km long) with several rest stops along the way.

Ski: In winter the Ski bus, which is 2 minutes from our house, takes you to either the Stubai glacier, the 11-seater lift or to the skiing region of Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes. 'Mickey Mouse', 'Mini Mouse', 'Goofy' and 'Pluto' set the children’s hearts racing. The most child friendly place in the Alps makes the dreams of all 'snow tots' come true!

Golf: The nearest golf courses can be reached in approx. 15-20 minutes by car! *NEW* Olympia Golf Igls, a 9-hole golf course (Par 58), which is managed according to the “Pay and Play” principle. Golf Club Igls with 9-holes is in Lans and 18-holes in Rinn.

Schöne große, helle und saubere Wohnung. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung. Der Brötchenservice hat prima funktioniert, was natürlich für uns sehr bequem war. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder in diese FeWo fahren.

Großzügige wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Großzügige Wohnung in der alles vorhanden ist. Hell und freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung zum wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung war sauber und alle Geräte funktionierten. Selbst Wasch- und Spülmaschine, sowie Geschirr + Handtücher waren in der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir sind freundlich in der Wohnung aufgenommen worden. Der Skibus ist auch mit Skischuhen schnell erreichbar. Wenn wir uns erneut zum Skifahren im Stubaital entscheiden, werden wir mit Sicherheit hier wieder einziehen. So können wir diese Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub auch jedem anderen ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und geräumig und hell und modern eingerichtet.
Es gibt eigentlich alles, was man während des Urlaubs braucht oder brauchen könnte (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Backofen, sogar ein Bügelbrett + Bügeleisen und Fön gab es).
Auch auf das Auto kann man gut verzichten, wir sind per Flugzeug und Flughafentransfer (30 min) angereist, das hat prima geklappt und da Handtücher und Bettwäsche in der Wohnung vorhanden waren hielt sich auch das Gepäck in Grenzen.
Sogar Lego gab es für unseren 2 Jährigen Sohn.

Nach Neustift - Zentrum kann man in 30 min über einen Wanderweg laufen oder man nimmt den Skibus. Hat beides sehr gut geklappt.

Unser Fazit: Eine sehr schöne und empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in Neustift.

Super ausgestattete, gepflegte und gemütliche Ferienwohnung - sogar unser Hund wurde von der überaus freundlichen Vermieter-Familie herzlich aufgenommen.
Wir werden diesen Geheim-Tipp gerne im Freundeskreis weiter empfehlen.
In ca. 100m Entfernung 2 Speiselokale.
Uns hat es besonders geschmeckt beim Kirchenwirt in Neustift ( bei Billa ); 3-gängiges Menü für 7,50€.
