The furnishings are new in Mallorcian style. It is tastefully decorated. There is children's play equipment in the large courtyard and the whole pool is visible from the terrace. The caretaker lives nearby and is responsible for maintenance and garden.

Notes to the rental rates

• Finca Can Luna is not available November to April (no central heating). Low season 01. May 2008 to 30. June 2008: 2 bedrooms (4 persons) 140,00 €, 3 bedrooms (6 persons) 160,00 €, 4 bedrooms (8 -10 persons) 180,00 €. Main season 01. July 2008 to 15. September 2008, each overnight stay 210 € up to 5 bedrooms max. 10 pers. Final cleaning flat rate 4 persons 80,00 €, 6 persons 100,00 €, 8 persons 120,00 €. 10 persons 140 €. Small children in cots free of charge. Cot and high chair avaialble free of charge. Breakages deposit of 150,00 Euro payable on arrival in cash, returned on evening before departure if not required. Please bring your own beach towels. The house is cleaned weekly including fresh towels and bed linen. Pool and garden services when necessary. A caretaker is responsible for maintenance.
  
• Arrival is flexible. Please note possible booking dates to prevent disappointment. Change of bookings on one day require departure before 9.30 am and arrival from 2 pm to allow preparation fro new guests.
  
• Booking routine: On reservation you'll receive confirmation, route information and car hire information by post or email. You then pay 20% of the booking fee within one week into the landlord's account. Please pay the remainder in cash on receipt of the keys at the finca. If possible a German/English speaking person will greet you at the meeting point by prior arrangement, give you the keys and show you around the property. This person is also authorised to receive the remaining fee in cash and give a receipt. We want internet bookers to feel secure.

Porto Colom

Porto Colom, known to sea-farers as a natural harbour, has retained most of its original buildings, giving it a tranquil, peaceful atmosphere. The nineteenth century town centre is a second home to Felanitx inhabitants, especially in the summer. The other part of the village contains lots of leisure activities in the summer. There's a big sandy beach and lots of sandy bays. There's a diving and surfing school too. And theree's plenty of shipping industry based on local family businesses who build boats the way their forefathers taught them.

Cala D´Or

The centre of Cala d'Or (the white sea town) has more leisure activities than anywhere else on the coast. Restaurants, shops, bars and boutiques are all around. It's probably the best sports harbour in Mallorca. Every year you'll see the best of Europe's luxury yachts. Vall d'Or, one of the best known of Mallorca's golf courses with a newly renovated club house and a wonderful view of Cala d'Or, is just 10 km away, as is Porto Colom harbour. There are courses for beginners and advanced players in small groups, in Spanish, German or English. Non-golfers will enjoy the lovely scenery.

Manacor

Manacor is the second most important town in Mallorca. Known for its furniture industry and for artificial pearls, Manacor lies in Sierra de Levant foothills and was built in 1300 by Jaume II. Tourists love the 14th century 'Torre de ses Puntes', the dominican cloister of 'Sant Vincenc Ferrer' and the baroque cloister of 'Santo Domingo'. There are lots of caves due to the chalky rock found near Manacor. This town has lots of supermarkets, a doctor's surgery, restaurants, cafes, lots of shops and a lovely pedestrian area.
