This apartment is on the 4th floor, has 2 balconies, 1 private roof terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning/heating, flat-screen TV, DVD/radio, satellite connection, lift. Also a long balcony on the other side where the bedrooms are. The long balcony is in front of the kitchen. There’s a lovely view from the living room of Palma and the sea. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, kettle, washing machine, drier. The apartment is in the Balneario area near 1. Megapark, Deutsche Ecke, Upper Bavaria and much, much more. There are plenty of Aquaparks and golf courses. Arenal has lots of pathways for walkers, as many already know. Everything is nearby, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, taxis, bus connections.... It’s 10 min. by taxi from the airport. The agent can pick you up and arrange keys on the way. You just pay the price of the taxi as usual.

Lovely beach, sea, local attractions, good shopping. This apartment is newly built. It was finished at the end of May. That’s why we don’t have any pictures of the furnishings. On request we can send you pictures of the empty apartment. We hope to have proper pictures by the end of June. Rental periods begin at the end of June 2008. Bedrooms are supplied with 6 single beds. Towels, kitchen towels, bed linen are provided.

  • On booking please pay 50% of the rental price and the remainder 4 weeks before arrival. Breakages deposit is € 200,00 and you will get this back by bank transfer within 4 weeks of departure. In order to get everything back into the same condition it was in before you used it, plus use of towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, use of safe, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, pool, keys, you pay the cost of one day in main season.

Traumhaftschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist ein einziger Traum und wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub dort verlebt. Alles hat super geklpapt, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die Wohnugn selber haben wir sehr gepflegt und überaus sauber vorgefunden. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, es fehlte an nichts. Nach ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und auch auf den Balkonen kann man herrlich bei einem grandiosen Meerblick relaxen, denn dort bekommt man vom Rummel nichts mit. Wir sind zu dritt und hatten natürlich wahnsinnig viel Platz, aber die Wohnung ist so großzügig, dass man auch mit 6 Personen ausreichend Platz hat. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu übertreffen und die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett. Kurz: Hier stimmt einfach alles !!! Wir haben in dieser Wohnung unseren Traumurlaub verlebt und kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Hier erleben Sie mit Sicherheit keine bösen Überrachungen wie oftmals in Hotels, wo die Fotos schöner sind als das was man vor Ort vorfindet. Das passiert Ihenn hier nicht, es ist alles so wie beschrieben und man kann bedenkenlos hier buchen. Sie werden sehen, besser geht es nicht !!!

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft 100% zu. Sehr neu, modern eingerichtet, sehr nahe am Strand und HAMMER Aussicht! Die Wohnung liegt etwa 200m vom Ballermann1 entfernt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

Die Vermieter sind äusserst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch der Transport vom Flughafen und die Schlüsselübergabe haben perfekt geklappt.
Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen und werde sie vermutlich auch nächstes Jahr wieder buchen!
