Romantic village house in tranquil location with pretty sun terrace and fantastic view of surrounding scenery. Typical country style and charmingly maintained, with all comforts. Enjoy your holiday away from the crowds in a modest, typical little town with atmosphere, a piece of original Majorca with lovely mountain landscapes. What’s more, the towns of Andratx and Puerto Andratx are only a few minutes away by car. The village and the harbour are popular with tourists. There are secret bays and breathtaking cliffs. Only a stone’s throw away at 2 km and highly recommended is the lovely beach of Sant Telmo with its wonderful view of the little island of Dragonera. It’s a paradise for those who just want an enjoyable holiday. Hiker’s can get their money’s worth too, by visiting the oldest village in the region 'Pantaleu

Romantic village house in S´ Arraco, a sweet little town, far from the crowds with good infrastructure. Restaurants, baker and the supermarket are in the immediate vicinity and reachable on foot. A few minute’s away by car there’s San Telmo, Andratx or Porto de Andratx to suit every taste. Approx 2 km away is the wonderful beach of San Telmo with a view of the little island of Dragonera, another wonderful natural landscape. The ancient house, approx. 150 years old, was restored in typical local style and offers every comfort. Of course it is beautifully furnished. Ideally the house has space for 4 persons. The beautiful sun terrace with its vine-laden pergola offers a pleasant, covered seating area. This region has plenty to offer, whether you prefer beach or mountains

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above price is for a booking for 2 persons. Each further person costs a further 10 € / night, children up to 3 years free. Final cleaning is a once-only cost of 130 €. Further cleaning is available at further cost. In addition breakages deposit is 300 €. This will be returned by bank transfer within one week of departure if the house is tidy and nothing is broken on departure. Payment as follows: 40% deposit within one week of booking, and if this more than 14 days late, the owner has the right to cancel the booking immediately and re-let it to a third party. 100 % at the latest 4 weeks prior to arrival payable by bank transfer. Key is made available after payment is confirmed.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wirklich gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Einzig der Geschirrspüler wurde ein wenig vermisst, aber das lässt sich sicher in Zukunft noch regeln.

Das Haus war sehr sauber u. gepflegt. Es wurde gerade mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort u. es war sehr viel Platz vorhanden. Sehr nette u. freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermittlerin und der Eigentümerin (immer erreichbar auch bei kleinen "Wehwehchen"). Küche vollständig u. gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im kleinen Dörfchen S´Arraco. Auto erforderlich.
