This approximately 110 sqm eco-friendly modern bungalow (Thermo-Hanf insulation, no chipboard or polythene, anti-allergy) includes large living room with sea view, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, terrace, sea view, for 4 - 5 persons, with all comforts. Beach pool approximately 600m, child-friendly surroundings, tennis, minigolf and shop approximately 500m, pizzeria 2 km, fish smoker 1,5 km, ceramic workshop and ICA in the town, main towns Mönsterås (10 km) and Kalmar (35 km), Öland Island. This house has eco-friendly insulation in outer walls with 240 mm thick Thermo-Hanf. In the bedroom a wall is clad with polished clay tiles to provide a pleasant inner and sleeping temperature.
