Very lovely, airy, new holiday apartment in centre of Roses/Costa Brava. This apartment is for 2-3 persons, has 2 bedrooms each with a wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, one bathroom with shower and one with bath, balcony and parking space in underground garage. Furnishings include washing machine, drier, ironing board, iron, satellite TV, radio/CD player, microwave, oven. This apartment is very central, approx. 5 min. on foot from bus station, approx. 10 min. to the beach or the town centre and approx. 5 minutes on foot to the supermarket.

Roses is one of the most famous resorts on the Costa Brava. Its fantastic built-up beach and its wonderful beach promenades stretching right up to the suburb of St. Margarita make Roses unforgettable. Rosas has done a lot for tourists in the last year and has lots to offer visitors. Roses was originally the Greek colony of Rodes, founded in 776 A.D. You can find traces of its rich history in the restored Ciutadella De Roses .The town’s first major development was in the 3rd century A.D. Archeological finds of the remains of Barri Hel date from this period. Lenistic is the Airyenic quarter. In the 3rd century A.D. Roses was an important Roman town. In the 11th century the Church of St. Maria and a monastery were built, and later the village gradually grew up around it.

Hervorragende neue und saubere Wohnung

Meine Frau und ich haben im Juni-Juli 2009 die Wohnung gemietet und waren mehr als sehr zufrieden. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind korrekt. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr sauber. Die beiden Bäder sind hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es genug. Sehr kurz ist der Zugang von der Garage zum Aufzug, der unmittelbar neben der Wohnung hält. Vorteilhaft für ältere Urlauber, die eingekaufte Waren leicht vom Auto in die Wohnung transportieren können. Die Besitzerin ist eine nette, freundliche Dame. Wir kommen wieder.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir (mein Mann, unser Sohn und ich) waren in der Zeit vom 4. - 17. Juli 2009 in der superschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war sowohl vor Urlaubsbeginn als auch während des Urlaubs außerordentlich nett. Für drei Personen völlig ausreichend. Fußläufig kann man die Innenstadt und auch den Strand gut erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man den Parc Natural, die Küste nach Cadaques und Cap de Creus gut erreichen und dort die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen und Spaziergänge unternehmen. Gerne würden wir noch einmal wieder kommen!
