Comfortable combined living and sleeping room with couch set, SAT-TV, stereo-radio. Big south- and west terrace with garden furniture and two deck chairs. Enjoy the marvellous look at the mountain panorama with Alpspitze and Zugspitze. Cosy living-kitchen with dinette: cooking-stove with baking, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster. Two bedrooms with double bed. The Bathroom is with shower and WC. Child bed and high chair are available. Parking at the house. Non smoker apartment: On the terrace we provide for our smokers an ashtray. Our house lies quietly and sunny with the local edge of Garmisch. City bus stop (no cost with resort visitor's pass), a food store for the everyday purchase and a restaurant are nearby. The Kramerplateau-footpath with his fantastic view begins here. Three tennis courts and a 9-hole golf course are nearby. Open all year round.
