Colonia Sant Pere is a small town in the bay of Alcudia in northeast Majorca and belongs to the Arta region. This village of 400 inhabitants lies at the foot of the impressive cliffs of the Sierra de Llevant. Between mountains and sea there are vineyards, almond and fig trees. As one of the last coastal towns, Colonia Sant Pere has been little affected by the tourist industry and has retained its ancient town centre and romantic coastal walks. This special characteristic means that in summer you can enjoy tranquil surroundings. This block of apartments is in a residential area only 200 m to the pebble beach and 500 m to the children’s beach. This house is excellent for groups.
