The newly built top-floor apartment for the 2008 season is located in a two-family house at the end of Dolceacqua. The town centre, with its various shops, cafes and restaurants is within walking distance, there are parking spaces directly in front of the house or nearby along the street. You will find around 80 sqm of tastefully furnished living space and the most modern comforts. The main point is the spacious, bright living room with kitchenette and dining area. A French door leads out to a small terrace with a lovely view of the river. Both double bedrooms with west-facing terrace as well as the bathroom with a hydro massage tub are at the back of the apartment. The house has a small garden with a sitting area and playground. The friendly Italian owners of the house live on the ground floor and they are happy to help their guess.

The romantic Dolceacqua is located 8 km north of Ventimiglia and is the epitome of a medieval Ligurian city. Narrow, winding lanes lead to the town's landmark – the ruins of castle Doria. The elegant stone bridge is well worth seeing, it connect the towns of Terra and Borgo and fascinated the French painter Claude Monet over 100 years ago. In addition to olives, the best Ligurian red wine, Rossese di Dolceacqua, is grown near Dolceacqua, you can try it in various restaurants alongside other regional specialties. Dolceacqua is the perfect starting point for trips to the neighbouring Côte d'Azur with Monaco, Nice, Cannes or the mountains of the Ligurian back country.
