Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren im Oktober 2008 in einem der "Liethmann-Häuser" und hatten dort die untere Wohnung. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet.
Die Schlafzimmer sind eher klein (ein Reisekinderbett ist meiner Meinung nach nicht zustellbar) aber zum schlafen völlig ausreichend. Der Aufenthaltsbereich war sehr großzügig - wir haben sogar zu 8 (eine befreundete Familie hatte die Nachbarwohnung gemietet) dort gegessen.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und die Betreuung vor Ort war auch o. k. Die Wohnung wurde uns in sauberem Zustand übergeben.

Die Insel ist sehr schön - natürlich im Oktober nicht mehr ganz so belebt, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben tolle Sonnenuntergänge gesehen, sind viel am Strand gewesen und haben Sandburgen gebaut, sind Fahrrad gefahren (das geht sehr gut, da die Insel relativ flach ist) und haben (bis auf eine Ausnahme) immer gut gegessen. Ausflüge (mit dem Auto) nach Lübeck, Rostock und Wismar sind seht gut zu machen.
Wir können die Wohnung ohne weiteres weiterempfehlen.

Nicht unbedingt seniorenfreundlich

Das Haus ist im Großen und Ganzen schön, nur die Bezeichnung seniorenfreundlich verdient es nicht unbedingt.Es hat für ältere Menschen ein zu steile Treppe ins Obergeschoß und der Handlauf ist zudem oben noch verkürzt, sodaß ein ganz sicheres Absteigen nicht gewährleistet ist. Ebenso fehlt an der Außentreppe der Handlauf ganz. Zudem sollte im Haus ein Telefon sein - man kann nicht davon ausgehen, daß heutzutage jeder ein Handy besitzt.Das Bad hat für 5 Personen so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und ist relativ eng.
