The apartment is located 200 m from the Puerto del Carmens beach and only 10 minutes by foot from an 18-hole golf course. Apartamento Sol y Playa is a private apartment surrounded by a small garden. There is not a pool or community complex, the apartment is used solely for single travellers. However, it is still very quiet despite its central location. There are several small supermarkets nearby. The apartment is fully furnished or 2 people and also suitable for longer stays. There is a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen in the 55 sqm. There is sufficient space in the refrigerator for a lot of groceries, cooker, oven and microwave oven is available to cook meals that you do not normally find time for, a washing machine spares having to pack a lot and satellite television, DVD, video, radio and CD takes care of your entertainment in case you just feel like relaxing on your private sun terrace. Well-paved trails for walks or cycling on the ocean.

The apartment is located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarotes' oldest holiday destination. Just walk 200 m down the street from your apartment and you will find kilometres of sandy beach. Walk up the same street for about 10 minutes and you will come to the 18-hole golf course. There is a shopping strip on the beach front street with many small boutiques, pubs, restaurants and an exciting night life. There is a transportation link to the neighbouring island about 10 minutes away in the harbour. There is a bus connection on the beach front street to the capital of the island about 6 km away or inland there are cabs or car, motorcycle and bike rentals. Lanzarote is proud to have the longest beach promenade in Europe. You can walk or cycle along the ocean towards Puerto Calero, a marina or in the opposite direction via Playa Honda to Arrecife.

sehr freundliche betreuung-sehr sauberes appartement! leider hatte die sonnenterasse keine sonne. ansonsten ein erholsamer urlaub mit gutem wetter!

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von der überaus gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Fewo in Puerto Del Carmen.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 200 mtr von der Strandstraße entfernt, so das kurze Wege ideal mit ruhiger Lage kombiniert sind.
Der gebotene Service und das Organisationstalent der Vermieterin waren außergewöhnlich und unkompliziert.
So wurde z.b. kurzfristig ein Rollstuhl für unsere Tochter organisiert, welche 1 Woche vor unserer der Anreise leider einen Knochenbruch im Fuß erlitt.
Unser Fazit : Die ideale Unterkunft in guter Lage zum absolut fairen Preis --- uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert !!
