A modern, bright house in a beautifully scenic area near the romantic fishing village of Moelan sur Mer. The house is located on a quiet side street on a 2,000 sqm garden property. A small beach in a protected cove is only about 300 metres away, the large sandy beach of the open Atlantic is approx. 2-3 km away. There is a cosy sitting area and dining table in the large living room. The kitchen is a modern fitted kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The house is furnished in a Breton style and is very well-maintained.

Moelan sur Mer is a romantic little harbour in southern Finistère. Beautiful sandy beaches are nearby and every kind of water sport is possible. This is a great starting point for trips, e.g. to the historical cities of Pont Aven, Quimper and to Carnac, to visit the megaliths. There are both tourist centres as well as quiet towns here and a wonderful landscape, where you can have nice long walks or go hiking
