Are you looking for an exclusive villa for your well-deserved summer vacation? Then this villa is perfect for you. It is located in a very quiet and popular villa district without bordering main streets. You will have enough space to relax with friends or family on the 240 m2 living space. The house is completely equipped with marble. Enjoy a little luxury in the beautiful garden with its large pool patio where you can enjoy the sun all day long. A spacious, canopied patio on the top floor invites you to relax. From there and the pool you will have a great sea view. In the kitchen, you can cook your own food or enjoy one of the numerous restaurants in the inner city and surrounding area. The bedrooms are equipped with a large built-in closet and have direct access to the patios. Upon request, we can provide you with a caretaker for a small fee.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Bucht von Port Adriano.Erholung pur auch im gepflegten Poolbereich mit Garten.Im Oktober nur Sonnenschein,bitte buchen Sie eine andere Zeit!Die Hausdame empfängt uns zur Übergabe mit Prosecco...danke!Wir werden auf Mallorca nie wieder ein Hotel buchen,ungestört am Pool,traumhaft.Govanni mit seinem tollen Restaurante ganz in der Nähe genauso wie die Golfplätze.PKW notwendig.Weiterempfehlung nur an die besten Freunde,die den Wert des Domizils schätzen.

Schönes Haus aber die Preisleistung stimmt nicht !

Sehr schönes Haus auf gepflegtem Grundstück mit eigenem Pool. Sehr gut geeignet für bis zu 6 Personen. Leider gibt es kleinere Mängel die die gesamte Preisleistung in Unstimmigkeit bringen. Es gibt keinen Safe im Haus. Da die Fenster zum Teil nicht vollständig zu schließen waren eher ein Nachteil. Die Garage ist für den Mieter nicht nutzbar. Darin befindet sich der Sicherungskasten. Bei Stromausfall ein aufwendiges Procedere. Eine Zwischenreinigung des Hauses ,( bei einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen ),erfolgt nur auf Bestellung und zusätzlicher Bezahlung. Festnetztelefon und Fax sind nicht vorhanden, Internet erfolgt über eine sehr labile USB Verbindung.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es direkt gegenüber eine Baustelle mit Baulärm ab 7.30 Uhr. Die Gartenarbeiten erfolgen einmal in der Woche,zum Teil unangemeldet. Mit den üblichen Gartenarbeitsgeräuschen wie Rasenmäher oder Laubsauger ist zu rechnen.
Alles in allem dennoch ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus.

Tolles Aufenthalt.

In diesem Haus fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Man hat von jedem Raum eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt.
Für den Aufenthalt wird ein Fahrzeug empfohlen.
