Monte Argentario was originally an island and later, due to deposits that were transported from rivers and the sea, it became connected with Orbetello. Through the hook of Orbetello you can reach Porto S. Stefano, in the northern part of the peninsula. Until recently, it was a fishing village, founded in the 15th century by sea people from Genoa that suffered a ship wreck here. Today, Porto S. Stefano is a summer residence for sophisticated classes. Here you will find villas from famous people on the cliffs outside of the city and yachts from the richest people are located in the characteristic harbour anchored. From here, ships go to Giglio and Giannutri.

The sea and the very beautiful sand beach can be reached within a short time through a private path. The federal street leads directly past the house, this means you can hear the traffic relatively well on the terrace. Us and our three children really liked it there, the owner Riccardo was also very nice and gave effort.'

Ferienhaus mit Flair in optimaler Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt absolut genossen, und waren von Ausstattung und Flair des Hauses positiv überrascht. Die am Haus vorbeiführende Straße hat uns nicht im geringsten (auch nicht nachts) gestört, wir haben uns in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt gefühlt. Der große Garten, die große Terrasse (inkl. Dachterrasse) waren unser eigentlicher Aufenthaltsort. Hervorzuheben der direkte Strand, der für die Hochsaison (ferragosto) direkt leer war, weil er nur von den direkten Anwohnern bevölkert wurde. Das Haus selbst ist reich bestückt mit Geschirr, Handtüchern, Putzmittel, diverse Sitzgelegenheiten ermöglichen, dass man sich nicht ständig auf der Pelle sitzt. Die Schnakengitter an den Fenstern fanden wir toll, waren aber erstaunt, dass wir gar keine Schnaken vorgefunden hatten.
Im kleinen Bad ist die Dusche über der Toilette angebracht und würde das Bad unter Wasser setzen.Deshalb wurde von uns nur das große und geräumige Bad zum Duschen benutzt, wir hatten kein Problem uns miteinander abzusprechen und nacheinander (7 Pers.) zu duschen.
wir haben am Haus nichts gefunden, was wir als nachteilig oder störend empfunden hätten.
Die Betreuung durch die Vemieter war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir möchten uns bedanken für ein hervorragendes Mittagessenbuffet von Lorenzo und seiner Frau, die uns am Abreisetag königlich verwöhnt haben. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen, sowohl für Familien mit kleinen Kindern (das Grundstück ist eingezäumt) oder für befreundete Familien oder Paare.
Wir kommen sicher wieder, auch einmal außerhalb der Saison.

Zauberhafte Villa

Perfekt ausgestattete Villa. Kühl-Gefrierschrank, 4 Herdplatten, 2 große Terassen mit ausreichend Sitzmöglickkeit. Idyllischer Garten (Schatten) und ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Kleine Auswahl an Spielen und ital. Büchern, Fahrräder, Angel Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern (Spray nicht vergessen!)
Straße direkt hinter dem Areal. Der Vekehr war Abends (März) gegen Null. Die Pizzeria gegenüber meiden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit
ca. 3 KM östlich. Holz für Griller vorhanden. Eine "richtige" Dusche - die 2. Dusche ist so gebaut, dass man am WC sitzen kann und
sich dabei gleichzeitig duschen kann.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Conny
