Tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter, gerne wieder!

Wir waren für 7 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung und werden die Wohnung bestimmt nochmal buchen. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen aber diese Wohnung übertrifft alle andern, die wir schon hatten.
Sehr sauber und gepfelgt und entspricht genau dem Online-Inserat.Die Vermieter waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfelen. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, auch ohne Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der näheren Umgebung. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreicht man von der Wohnung aus in wenigen Minuten.
Die S-Bahn fährt direkt zum HBf und man ist in ca. 22 Min in der City.

Tolle FEWO in City-Nähe

Wir kommen gerade von unserem schönen Urlaub in HH zurück.
Unsere FEWO war sehr liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch unsere Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit; die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war absolut top!!!
S-Bahnhof nur 300 Meter entfernt; Super Anbindung im 10 Minuten Takt.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Naherholungsgebiet (Wandern, Ruhe) in der Nähe.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen und deshalb auch keine 5 Sterne: Die vorbeiführende B 73 (Durchgangsstraße)
Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir möchten die schöne Wohnung allen weiter empfehlen, die ein zentrumsnahes Feriendomizil suchen. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist hervorragend. Alles wird sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und auch durch die Hauptstraße nicht gestört gefühlt. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten reichen für mehr als 3 Wochen und sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

waren für eine woche zu zweit hier und waren sehr zufrieden.wohnugsübergabe und abnahme lief problemlos ,die city ist sehr gut mit auto, als auch mit dem öffentlichen zu erreichen.
in der wohnung selbst fehlt es an nichts,auch kleine details wurden beachtet .kann man nur weiter empfehlen

Wer trotz Lärm abschalten kann...

Es stimmt, dass die Wohnung sei preisgünstig ist im Verhältnis zu anderen Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten. Dennoch muss hier ein großer Abstrich gemacht werden, denn ruhiges Wohnen war das nicht!!! Sich auf die Terrasse zu setzen, sogar unmöglich!! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer sehr sehr sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, so dass man kein Fenster öffnen konnte, ohne dass einen Auto-LKW-Lärm entgegen schlug. Ich stell mir unter Entspannung etwas anderes vor, denn sogar nachts konnte man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Ich bin auf Katzen allergisch und war ständig am Niesen, so dass ich vermute, dass hier auch eine Katze hauste. Weder von dem Lärm noch von der Katze ist in der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung etwas erwähnt worden...sehr enttäuschend. Aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung tatsächlich liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wenn auch absolut überfordert mit der Vermietung...
