Authentic master’s home from 1860 picturesquely embedded in a farm complex of 40 ha of land. The house offers on 160 m² surface four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and fully kitchen equipped kitchen and a spacious living- dining room with fireplace. A close garden of app. 2500 m² is part of the house. Here you will enjoy your holydays in absolute freedom and quiet while chilling under century old trees and be near the beaches, shops and restaurants in the same time. Excursions by mountain bike or horse rides into the highly protected Estérel Mountains are also possible as in the stimulant nightlife of Cannes or Saint Tropez.

Agay is a high-class suburb of the city of Saint-Raphaël. This city is very large with only 35000 habitants, located half the way between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Saint-Raphaël offers nearly 35 km of coast with 5 harbors, innumerable large and small beaches, TGV-train station, airport shuttle and regularly ferry to Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The access to the domain of La Bastide is only possible for residents with key code, which underlines his exclusive and calm nature. Agay is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Agay by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.
