This holiday apartment is beautifully equipped and has virtually everything to make your holiday a happy one. Enjoy the fantastic sea view and the view of the harbour entrance of Port Andraitx and the La Mola peninsula. The apartment contains 1 living/dining room with American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces (1 roof terrace with a fantastic view), 2 bathrooms. The garden is beautifully laid out with a large communal swimming pool. Lots of good shops nearby. It’s approx. 2 km to the town centre, yacht club and restaurant approx. 1 km away. There is also 1 covered terrace. Access to the sea via steps.

Puerto d'Andratx unites the sleepy old fishing village with all the amenities of a fashionable, down-to-earth yachting harbour, with lots of fashionable restaurants and artistic bars along the harbour promenade. For your daily needs there’s a supermarket, pharmacy, baker, etc. Water sport enthusiasts will enjoy 2 diving bases in town and also a yacht charter. Beaches: Pto. Andratx has a small town beach, the nearest sandy beach is in Camp de Mar, about 5 minutes by car. Experience one of the most spectacular sunsets over a cocktail and meet locals, residents or other international members of this exclusive location. The beach club (Cala Llamp) with restaurant and music offers an interesting alternative in Mediterranean style. Although Puerto d'Andratx is a very popular resort, is has no mass tourism and has old-fashioned island life.

  • This apartment is flexible in use so you can make use of numerous cheap flights. Final cleaning and key handover EUR 125. Departure by 10 am for cleaning. Weekly or short bookings are accepted. We recommend car hire as the apartment is 30 km from Palma airport. Taxi costs approx. EUR 40 to Andraitx airport return. Deposit of 30 % required to confirm booking. Remainder payable 8 weeks before arrival. Breakages deposit of EUR 300,- in cash will be repaid at the end of the booking if no damages occur.
