This pleasant 4 bedroom villa has 200m²house und 900m² lands. It is situated on a slope with sea view and pine trees. The living areas are on the upper entrance level and the bedrooms below. Entrance to de Villa is directly into a hall that leads directly into the lounge dining /living room with 2 sofas, a big fireplace, a sat-TV, CD player as well as a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is connected with the living room with a bar. This area opens out onto a covered terrace (44m²) with outdoor furniture (Sofa, 2 armchairs and 8 seats table). The terrace has a beautiful view on the sea and pine trees and connects by a staircase with the pool area. You get a pleasant summer feeling. There are four bedrooms, all on the lower level with direct access to a terrace and by a staircase with the pool area and beautiful views: families and golf friends will really enjoy this house. The villa is furnished modern and well cared.

Dehesa de Campoamor is located on the south of Costa Blanca on the south of Alicante (60km) 45 km to Murcia. The landscape south of the Costa Blanca shows a vast plain of sands, dunes, palm groves and saltpan fringed beaches. The Costa Blanca enjoys a perfect Mediterranean climate and has miles of excellent beaches and pine-covered coastal hills and cliffs. Golf courses and sports facilities are within easy access along the coast and inland. Club de Golf Campoamor is from the house only 5 km far away, Club de Golf Villamartin only 10 km and you find many others in this area. Horse riding, tennis and water sports are also available in Campoamor. You find good taste restaurants, supermarket, medical doctors and a pharmacy. A nice sport harbour and 3 beautiful sandy beaches are in Campoamor. The 400m long beach is only 10 minutes walk. Alicante airport 45 minutes drive. Murcia airport 20 minutes drive

Airports: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports.

Golf: You are ideally located to the beach or to golf courses. Just a short drive from the villa are three superb golf courses. Not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses and the championship golf course at Villamartin. You find many others Golfcourses in Mar Menorarea only 20 Minuten by car. Many Golf players from U.K. are coming every year to play and enjoy our Golfcourses.

We had just over a week at this lovely villa and it was just perfect for our family. With 4 bedrooms we had a room each for us, our two boys and our Mum, all on the same level. Our bedroom had its own ensuite and desk. The living area is very spacious, with a lovely kitchen and it opens out on to a big covered deck with sea views, just a perfect place to relax in or out of the sun. The nice big pool was used a lot by us, in the morning if we wanted sunshine and later in the afternoon if we wanted shade, though there was always somewhere near the pool to sunbathe.
It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, down the hill beside the pine forest, but we drove to the beach sometimes as there is a carpark right beside the beach. Beach is lovely white sand and clean. Fairly busy beach but was not really crowded when we were there in July just before the school holidays. Sun loungers can be hired and there is a bar at the beach and you can hire pedalos and go on a banana boat.
There is a great supermarket in Campoamor - once you find it! It looks small but has everything you could need, including a bakery. Not much else in the way of shops - you have to drive to Torrevieja for shopping but it is a very short drive.
We loved Campoamor because it is more residential and less touristy.
The villa is very nice indeed and keeps you fit with all those stairs.

Super erholsamer Urlaub in Campoamor. Herzlichster Empfang am Urlaubsort seit langem. Trotz Sprachbarrieren keine Verständigungsprobleme. Nicht zuletzt, weil Hausbesitzerin in Deutschland jederzeit für uns telefonisch erreichbar war. Klasse Haus, super gepflegt und sauber, ebenso die Anlage. Alles vorhanden, mehr als nötig. Fantastischer Sandstrand, leider zu wenig oft dort gewesen, weil Aufenthalt am Pool (5x8Mtr) keine Wünsche offen lies. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!
