Casa Carina, lovely restored with that special something, is the ideal holiday residence for people that want to enjoy the romantic Ligurian back-country and the sea. Equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 TVs, microwave, washer and dishwasher, internet connection with Alice modem, stereo, BBQ in the loggia, bedsheets & towels, you can enjoy the historical walls even better. Nearby you will find countless typical restaurants, shopping facilities and destinations. In the house you will find a detailed list with addresses and ideas (wonderful options: Menton, Nice, Genoa, the caves of Toirano, Alassio and beaches). The city doesn't have much traffic and is very child-friendly. Double insulated windows guarantee a comfortably, cozy ambiance during the somewhat colder seasons. Particularly in December and the beginning of the year, the region is characterized by a healthy climate. Only 12 km and max. 15 minutes from the sea.

The peaceful, idyllic city of Olivastri is only 12 km from the sea, surrounded by olive groves. In the area you will find a few of the most beautiful beaches on the riviera like Diano Marina and Allassio. The rooms have wood and terracotta ceilings and the windows look to peaceful alleys. On the loggia you will find a walled BBQ. In the nearby area there are wonderful restaurants. The beaches are mostly free to access. The water quality was distinguished with the blue band. The village has no through traffic starting by the church, thus, it is very quiet. A large supermarket (BENNET) is about 3.5 km away, smaller shops can also be reached on foot. The olive groves offer great options for walks with a view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. More destinations within a 1.5 hr radius: Menton, Nice, Monte Carlo, Genoa, Savona and the region towards Cinque Terre. Children always have fun with the cats living in the village.

  • The rental costs exclude final cleaning. The costs for this are € 45. Bedsheets and towels are included in the price. In order to do the cleaning, it is necessary that the apartment is empty after 11:00 on your departure day, arrival please first after 15:00. The key exchange occurs personally. If your arrival should be late, the keys can be kept directly at the house. The landlord lives in the city and is reachable at all times for possible questions or problems.
  • Highchair and crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets can be brought with.During the peak season (June-July-August), we rent from Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the months, we are flexible. The house will be rented for 7 days or more.

Location:: In Talsohle along the left riverbank and above the national street to Ormea-Garessio-Ceva you will find Olivastri short before the estuary to the Rio Maddalena, which comes from the slopes of the Monte Aquarone. Peacefully and romantically located and yet all shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 or more minutes. Ideal for relaxing walks. A list with destinations, restaurants, markets, shopping facilities, beaches, etc. can be found in the house.

Meine Frau und ich haben die Weihnachtsferien in Olivastri bei Imperia verbracht.Wir waren sehr uberrascht einen liebevoll dekorierten Weihnachtsbaum im Haus vorzufinden,sowie eine kuhle Flasche Sekt im Kuhlschrank.Ein kleines Bilderbuchdorf mit einer Krippe in einer 'Grotte' im Ort hat die Uberrachung gesteigert.Das Haus ist tatsachlich mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um sich zu Hause zu fuhlen.Die Vermieter wohnen vor Ort und snd sehr hilfsbereit-storen aber in keinem Fall.Lange Spaziergange in den Olivenhainen haben wir sehr genossen.Die Einrichtung ist komfortabel,geschmackvoll und sehr individuell.Wir haben die Gegend sehr genossen,da alle Ausflugsziele nicht weiter als1 Std.max.1,5 Std. entfernt sind.Jederzeit immerwieder.........!!!!!!
