In a beautiful location, directly on the ocean, charming terraced house with clean ocean view, view of Cabrera island, beautiful terrace, cute property with sufficient space for sun bathing and games. The house is approx. 150 m² and is laid-out as follows: There is a fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace, a living/dining area, a small reading room and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms, each with access to a large balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower on the top floor. The small town of Ses Covetes is known for its wonderful natural beach Es Trenc and many know that during the peak season, parking your car can be an adventure. This holiday property has access to a large garage and thus no problems there. Those who do not want to drive far can find 2 good fish restaurants in the little town. Campos is good for shopping.

Natural beach 'Es Trenc' is also very popular with nudists. The left side of the beach toward Colonia Sant Jordi is famous for this. Otherwise, one can find everything they need on Es Trenc for a relaxing beach holiday, little sweet beach pubs, nice fish shops and beautiful sand dunes. Those who would like to have an unforgettable day-trip can take a little boat from Colonia Sant Jordi to the nature reserve island of 'Cabrera' and participate in a guided tour there. Travel time is about 1 hour and the trip is well worth it, extremely beautiful water, wonderful underwater world with a rich colouring of fish, simply a gorgeous piece of nature. The house is simply unique thanks to its location and there is nothing else like it in Ses Covetes, the beach is virtually in front of the house door.

  • The affordable price is for an occupancy of 2 people. 10 Euro/night is charged for each additional person. Final cleaning is 135 Euro. A 300 Euro deposit is required upon booking. This is refunded after holidays end within 1 week by bank transfer when the house is left in order and free of damage. Payment conditions: 40% down within one week of booking, if the payment is not made within 14 days, the landlord has the right to cancel the contract without notice and rent the property to another party. 100% latest 4 weeks before departure payable via bank transfer. Key hand-over only after processed payment confirmation.

Super tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Vom Trubel am Es Trenc Strand bekommt man auf einer der beiden Terassen des Hauses nichts mit. Direkte Bademöglichkeiten. Toller Meerblick auch vom Schlafzimmer. Einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen garantiert.Erholsamer Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder hierher zurück.

sehr schönes Objekt mit Mallorkinischem Anschluss

die Lage ist Traumhaft. Beim Eintritt ins Objekt schaut man geradewegs durch die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnbereiche aufs türkis-blaue Meer. Die Einrichtung genügt den modernen Ansprüchen. Man hat Anschluss an die Mallorkinische Nachbarschaft, wenn gewünscht, hat aber auch seine Ruhe z.B. auf der im Obergeschoss liegenden Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Was einzig fehlt sind geeigente Stauräume fürs eigene Gepäck. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Danke an die Vermieterin und wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
