Are you looking for an exclusive villa for your well-deserved summer vacation? Then this villa is perfect: it is located in a cul de sac in a popular villa district in Costa de la Calma without a bordering main street. You will have enough space to relax with friends or family on about 230 sq. m of living space. The house and the bathrooms are completely equipped with marble. Enjoy a little bit of luxury at your own pool with a sea view where you can enjoy the sun all day long. In the open kitchen, you can make your own food or use one of the countless restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area. The bedrooms are equipped with spacious cabinets and all have their own bathrooms. Upon request, we can also arrange for a caretaker for a small price.

Das ideale Haus für Urlauber die auf Luxus und Komfort im Urlaub nicht verzichten möchten. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schön eingerichtete, geräumige und saubere Ferienvilla zum Wohlfühlen. Der Pool war in äusserst gutem Zustand und die möblierte Aussenterasse ladet stets zum Relaxen ein.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet und die Hauseigentümer sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, mit allem was man sich für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub wünschen kann. Wir werden sicherlich wieder zurückkehren. Daher sehr empfehlenswert.
