Then this villa is perfect: it is located in a cul de sac in a popular villa district in Costa de la Calma without a bordering main street. You will have enough space to relax with friends or family on about 230 sq. m of living space. The house and the bathrooms are completely equipped with marble. Enjoy a little bit of luxury at your own pool with a sea view where you can enjoy the sun all day long. In the open kitchen, you can make your own food or use one of the countless restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area. The bedrooms are equipped with spacious cabinets and all have their own bathrooms. Upon request, we can also arrange for a caretaker for a small price.
