Newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor of a typical Berlin residential house, large living room with a separate split level sleeping area, 2 beds below and 2-3 beds on a second spaceous level, ideal for families with children. Separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, mikrowave, electrical oven, coffee machine etc.) with a table for breakfast, modern bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. Sheets and linen, towels and things for your daily use are included. Small childen can use a baby bed and a high chair. Cable TV, Stereo system, telephone, internet access by WLAN. The apartment is 80m away from the river Spree in a quiet side street. Very central location, 10 min. to the central railway station, good connection to public transportation, parking free of charge, several shops, supermarket, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed, suitable for persons with allergies

The apartment is located in Berlin's central area (Mitte-Tiergarten) in a quiet side street close to the river Spree. The central railway station is only 1.5 km away and is easily reached by S-Bahn, bus or taxi. In the surrounding streets you will find several good restaurants and cafés, as well as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and banks. Taking the S-Bahn you will quickly reach the government quarter and the city East with its numerous tourist attractions. The shopping area around the Kurfürstendamm is also just a few stations away. The Grips theatre at the subway station Hansaplatz offers an interesting program. At the river Spree (80 m away) you will find the boats of the Reederei Riedel for sightseeing tours of the city. Walking along the green promenade along the river, you can explore Berlin by foot. Berlin's large central park, the Tiergarten, the Siegessäule, and the Schloss Bellevue are also within wlking distance.

Schöne, helle, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige Lage, verhältnismässig kurzer Abstand zur U- und S-Bahn.
Würde ich durchaus weiterempfehlen.
