The bungalow is located in the residential area of Torreblanca in northern Torrevieja between the centre and La Mata on a small ridge about 30 m above seal level. The residential area is made up of many one and two-story bungalows and some higher apartment houses. The very vibrant development is amongst dry valleys. The houses are at the end of a cul-de-sac, and from here the La Mata beach is about 600 m by foot. There is a supermarket that has everything one needs on the northern side of the green dry valley (Barranco). Thanks to the raised location, one has a beautiful ocean view from both the houses and community pool. In addition, there is always a gentle breeze in the summer that makes the high temperatures during this time of year bearable. There is a great view of the Mediterranean from Alicante to Campoamor from the roof terrace on house 17. The house if furnished with everything: Washing machine, TV, satellite, DVD player, etc.

Torrevieja is located on the Mediterranean coast in southern Spain on Costa Blanca. It is 750 km from Spain's northern border, about 250 km from Valencia. It is 600 km from Torrevieja to the southern tip of Spain. The great plain of the Rio Segura, that flows past Guardamar into the Mediterranean, is bordered in the north and west by mountains that detain the continental climate. The Mediterranean climate guarantees a lot of sun and mild temperatures. Here are a few distances for orientation: to Alicante - 40 km, to Murcia - 60 km, to Cartagena - 50 km Madrid - 450 km. According to EU statistics, the life expectancy of people on this strip of land is the highest in Europe. 100,000 residents guarantee an urban live. Torrevieja is not a typical holiday area that is only alive during the tourist season. It's said: There is August (very full and hot) in Torrevieja and then the summer, one can be on holiday year-round here, e.g. over winter.

Die Beschreibung im Online-Inserat ist absolut zufreffend. Die perpfekte Organisation, sowie die freundliche Betreuung durch den Vermieter vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist für eine Belegung mit 5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden und tip-top sauber. Überall, ob im Eingangs- oder im hinteren Gartenbereich findet man lauschige Sonnen- oder schattige Plätze zur perfekten Entspannung. Der Gemeinschaftspool, angrenzend an den hinteren Gartenbereich, ist ebenfalls sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde er von niemand sonst genützt. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit würden wir bei dem sehr günstigen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis dieses Haus wieder buchen. Da Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten vom Vermieter ausdrücklich gewünscht wurden, habe ich an ihn folgende Anregungen: Die Schiebetüren der Wandschränke im Schlafzimmer lassen sich sehr schwer bewegen. Vielleicht lässt sich da etwas ändern.
