Fully fitted kitchen with 4-hub ceran cookfield, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, water cooker, juicer, toaster, coffe machine etc. Large bedroom with king size bed (2x 1mx2m) and smaller bedroom with double bed 1,40m x 1,90m. Bathroom with shower. High class furniture Living space approx. 70 sqm. Outdoor Terrace with garden furnitures and sunbeds in upper level. Distances 3km to Los Cristianos and the sand beaches. 5-15 minutes to the golf club and 13km to the airport. 500m to supermarket and restaurants. Persons max. 4 persons. Price 1-2 persons 79€/day. *Finca privado, solo para socios.* Additionals 79€/day for use of only one bedroom. Second bedroom 15€/day for each person. Final cleaning is one day rent price. Christmas fee 15% from 20.12-06.01. and during this period we charge minimum 10 days stay.
